M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) in surface channel and drains etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, knelers, apex stones complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate precast cement concrete kerb stone jointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35mm thick, precast cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers and jallies, (measured solid) including all mouldings and precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, pillars/supports to jallies, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete including taking down old Jallies all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast/ Prestress posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for Brick work with old size, sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) column cross section 150 mm x 150 mm with contineous vertical grooves of size 60 mm x 35 mm at two sides of column to receive the precast panels including reinforced with 7 nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile corbonized steel surfaces finished even and smooth including errecting in position all as specified and as directed incl taking down of old column from sub base PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) panels of cross section of panel (300X45 mm) reinforced with 4 nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile corbonized steel, including fixing in position in between column grooves and jointing and flush pointing of all horizontal and vertical joints of panels with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed incl taking down of old Panel complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of MS steel gate size not exceeding 10 Sqm single or double leaf any type and design , for carrying out minor repair like replacement of worn out mild steel sections , welding etc fixing the gate in same or different location including painting the entire steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic emanel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : (i) MS sections used shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of dismantling , refixing , welding & painting complete).

M&L taking down mild steel rolling shutter any size manual operated , oiling ,greasing and staraigtning the lath, lock rail, guide channel , gears, connecting rods, shaft of MS hallow pipes and helical springs etc and replacement of any members of rolling shutters such as lath, helical spring , shaft, gears, connecting rod, hood cover and guide channel etc (Note :- replacement item measured and paid separately)

M&L taking down mild steel rolling shutter any size gear operated , oiling ,greasing and staraigtning the lath, lock rail, guide channel , gears, connecting rods, shaft of MS hallow pipes and helical springs etc and replacement of any members of rolling shutters such as lath, helical spring , shaft, gears, connecting rod, hood cover and guide channel etc (Note :- replacement item measured and paid separately)

Supply only 0.63 mm thick MS hood cover any shize complete all as specified.

Supply only 1.25 mm thick guide channel in any length as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 600 mm long MS helical spring suitable for rolling shuter shaft complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gear box incl fittings suitable for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work including necessary driled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforing to Fe 290 gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F small items such as pintel hinges , lage hasp & staple ,hand made sliding bolts , hold fast etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but not exc. 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete (Grade Fe 410-W Gde E-250 quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line ires any mesh ,size and type to any type of standard rails , straining bolts ,etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails , straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and mild steel wire staples or steel pins complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining and resecuring old barbed wire fencing any description including making good staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing for rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, 1.60mm thick Mild Steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut size, holes punched: including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up, mitred completed all as specified and directed.

M&L running welding in repairs to weld the section n exc 6 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm dia round bars for chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed

Supply only 3 mm dia galvanised mild stee plain wire as in reinfocement of precast RCC post complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed with greay cement and pigment, pointed in neat cement slurry over 20mm thick cement screed bed in cm 1:6 with grey cement and pigments in floors including taking down old tile complete all as specified and directed.
