Taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified. Note:- The Entire work in respect of this CA is required to be executed in tripple storeyed bldgs. conractor to quote the rates accordingly.

Dubbing out in cement mortar 1:4 (average thickness 15mm) on irregular face of walls, ceiling chajjas etc including use and waste of all necessary scaffolding/ supports and form work complete all as specified and directed. Note: - The rates quoted by contractor are deemed to be inclussive of use and waste of all necessary scaffolding/ supports and form work incl shoring & strutting whereas required or as directed by Engineer incharge & nothing extra on this account shall be payable. The bldgs are double storey bldgs and all care shall be taken/ ensured by contractor to avoid any damage to the bldg during the process of repairs/ erection & removal of scaffolding/ shuttering etc.

Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on ceiling/ chhajjas surfaces(as a separate course than serial item No 2 here-in-before) finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 (using water proofing powder/ compound as per manufacturer instructions or as directed by Engineer incharge) on brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: - Supply only integral Water Proofing Compound/ Powder shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying two coats of Distemper oil Emulsion on new plastered surfaces all as directed by Engr in charge.

Preparing old plastered surfaces brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl washing , rubbing down and stopping of distempered or painted surfaces and M&L for applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on old plastered surfaces all as directed by Engr in charge.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces all as directed by Engr in charge.

Preparing old surfaces incl brooming surfaces, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil or greasy spots incl washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on walls etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from walls etc. by carefully scraping or by sandpapering or by any other means incl scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil or greasy spots & material and labour for preparing surfaces preparatory to distempering/ painting by applying chalk whitening and / or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing or sandpapering and M&L two coats of Oil Bound distemper all as directed by Engr in charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls etc. & applying three coats of lime white wash on walls complete all as specified.

Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls etc. & applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling etc. & applying three coats of lime white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

Make of Flushing Cistern 'Prayag Cat Part No 502 or Equivalent in Cera/Parryware/Commander complete fixed in repairs

Vitreous china squatting pan of Orissa patten size 580 x 440 white, front or back inlet with integral footrest including cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap and connection to trap and to flushing pipe,anti-syphonage pipe, etc, fixed in repair & making good to floor in CM 1:3 or Cement concrete 1:2:4 all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix in repair for PVC connection, 15mm size, with PTMT nuts, of length 450 mm long all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for Vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 550 x 400 mm, with and including painted new brackets, waste coupling, waste pipe of 32 mm dia low density polythelene (LDPE) pipes of pressure rating 4 Kgf/sqcm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for Pillar tap, brass, 15mm dia, with capston heads, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with or without lettered hot or cold, with long shank, screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipes or for wash hand basin all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for PVC(HDPE), 32 mm dia, polythelene, of pressure rating 6 kgf/sqcm, fixed complete to wall, ceiling or in floor, for wash hand basin including taking down of existing old pipe all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Stainless steel sink with out drainage board made of 1.00 mm thick steel body of overall size 495mm x 420mm,bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers waste pipes, including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing on cast iron cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe etc. and making connections to all existing connections with out draining board complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water tank of capacity exc 250 but n.exc 500 litre and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litres capacity triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted in white colour and fixed in position including 20 mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for PVC (SWR) pipes, 110 mm bore, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints, laid in floor or fixed to wall including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair CP shower rose 125mm dia with Swivel joints suitable for fixing with 15mm bore pipe etc including taking down old unserviceable shower all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for 20 mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 142 gms.) Make 'Prayag / or Equivalent in Precisian all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specifeid and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections,15/20 mm bore, and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections,25 mm bore, and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in stone masonary making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid / Matt finish coloured ceramic tiles (square/ rectangular) of approved shade and pattern, 7 to 8 mm thick , area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm laid in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed/ bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic joint free coloured tiles, of size 300 x 450 x 7mm thick/ smaller size as approved , glossy finish, conforming to Group B-III of IS-13712, first quality, of approved colour, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Steel water tubing,15mm bore, medium grade, galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames complete with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each and removing from site or to store as directed by Engineer incharge.

Taking down shutters any description exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 Sqm each and removing from site or to store as directed by Engineer incharge.

Taking down shutters any description exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 Sqm each and refixing the shutter in same opening after easing and adjusting complete as directed by Engineer incharge.

Chowkhats or frames only without shutters not exc. 1.50 sq. m each, and removing from site or to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm, made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, in opening as per specification and drawings including all fixtures shown on drawings. Make 'Rajshree' or Equivalent as approved. Note : Provision of tie rod in shape of internal MS tube or round bar etc of any size adequate to keep the chowkhat in true position shall be provided before covering the frame with PVC sheet at workshop. For the purpose of measurement & payment length of chowkhat without tie rod shall be measured complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter, 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' chanel on both sides having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on both sides and as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with 5mm x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (90) on exposed side of shutter and joined together with solvent cement and fixing in the frame at site all as per specification & drawing all as specified and as directed. Make 'Rajshree' or Equivalent as approved

S&F for 100mm long size PVC butt hinges all as specified and as directed. (Make : Prayag, or Equivalent as approved by GE).

S&F for 125mm PVC handles all as specified and as directed. (Make : Prayag, or Equivalent approved by GE).

S&F for 200mm long PVC tower bolt all as specified and as directed. (Make : Prayag, or Equivalent approved by GE).

35 mm thick, 2nd class hard wood (Hollock) plain framed panelled, Factory made shutter (Two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply with & including beading of Ist class HW on outer face of shutter. The size of rail and stiles as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified

S&F 35 mm thick factory made, 2nd class hard wood , glazed and skeleton door shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass/ gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc , size of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of MES Schedule Part-I Section-8, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enameled black, with bright bolt, 200 mm long and fixed with steel screws complete all as specified.

S & F for 250mm long mild steel, sliding door bolt, plate/ bolt type, stove enameled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum six bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified.

S&F for 100 mm long Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 150 mm size mild steel pressed handle oval type stove enameled black complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness , size , quality or description) from wooden or metal frames glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads including punching or drilling cut old glazing pins & providing fixing now ones complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for sheet glass ordinary quality 4 mm thick in squares n.exc 0.50 Sqm and glazing with oil putty or fixed with wooden beads in squares any size of pane complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F for galvanised mild steel steel wire cloth,0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified and as directed.

50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm grade aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even & smooth w/o using extra cement.
