Modification/ Repairs/ Replacement works provided to the Saluting Gypsy bearing registration No. JK05D-7740 in connection with celebration of Independence Day 2026 (15th of August) at Government Boys Degree College Baramulla.

Disassembling the roof of the gypsy securely without any damage to the canvas top and support bars alongwith the front and rear seat assemblies using proper tools and tackles followed by Providing, fitting and installation of vertical T support member (03 No’s) for support of personnel during march pass to be fabricated out of hollow M.S pipe 40 mm dia having length of 4’ suitably welded together efficiently for robust joints. The job also includes drilling of holes on the floor of the gypsy and then fitting of connecting members by means of bolts and nuts as per size requirement.

Complete cleaning of gypsy by way of washing at service station including underbody cleaning and diesel spraying under hood etc

Body repair works to body of Gypsy by way of complete denting of the body of the gypsy including major repairs to the bonnet, bumper front and rear and other repairs to the damaged portion and applying of Duco putty to the surface wherever required and then rubbing the surface and making it uniformly smooth using suitable abrasive waterproof sand paper. The job includes application of two coats of primer of suitable quality and then applying duco white metallic paint to entire body of the vehicle using spray gun. The Job also includes letter writing as per described format & colour.

Electrical repairs to the of Gypsy by way of p/f of rear-view mirror, side mirrors, Brake lights, side indicators, fog lamps, wheel cups, steering cover etc.

Providing and fixing of new floor matting of waterproof material of size 4'x 9' properly and neatly with the help of adhesives. The job includes complete cleaning of the floor with the help of vacuum cleaner The job further includes providing and fixing of synthetic leather preferably in red colour to cover complete floor, dashboard, body surface of the vehicle and then refittng of front seat assemblies of the vehicle.

Providing and fixing of 3" thick foam on the inside of seat covers which includes cutting and sizing as per requirement for cushion purpose and then Providing and fitting of Seat covers to be fabricated out of synthetic leather material for driver seat of dimension 1.5ft x 3ft. The job also includes cutting sizing and stitching of synthetic leather material as per size requirements.

Decoration job to the Gypsy by way of Providing/fitting of foam leather to cover floor, dashboard, steering box, gear lever, vertical T supports, foot holds. The Job also includes Providing and fitting of laces 20 mts and lace jaller 15 mts to sides of dashboard and sides of vehicle including door, door, border front glass and bonnet. The job also includes providing and fixing of Bouquet on Bonnet of the vehicle along with flowers and a metal board with proper paint and letter writing of "J&K POLICE” to be fixed on the front of the vehicle.
