Note :- (i) Replacement of spares such as all type capacitors will be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Replacement of capacitors for compressor & fan motors, and replacement of indoor unit fan motor, indoor unit fan blower, condenser fan motor, fan blade, compressor will be measured and paid separately (iii) Contractor has to arrange equipment such as manuplator/ trolly / ladder / tools and all safety precautions to his workmen for carrying out the work and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to included. (iv) Gas will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material and labour for shifting split type AC upto 2.0 tonne capacity from one location to another within DAS area and fixing including making necessary opening for suction and discharge and drain pipe line, brazing copper pipes after grouting of outdoor/indoor unit and making necessary electrical connection, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing the water cooler in position by cleaning the water cooler body, storage tank, fan bushes, blow out the condenser coils with air blower, alignment, greasing and arresting leakages, removing blockages of drain out-let connections, testing trouble free functioning all as specified and directed.

Labour only for disconnecting all connections of the water coolers/refrigerators/deep freezers from the existing location, transporting the same to workshop for carryout body repairs/ gas charging/ painting and transporting back the coolers/refrigerators/deep freezers to it’s original location, installing, connecting up, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Body repairs/ painting will be measured and paid under relevant items of schedule 'A'. (ii) Cost of gas will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L Rewinding of 3HP motor of 3 phase exhaust blower in situ after dismantling taking down from its mounting position on roof at height upto 15m from FL, after opening complete motor assy, bearing bushings, removal of burnt copper wire, cleaning of core, inserting proper insulating paper in slots, winding with and as per existing size/turn of super enamelled copper wire heating, varnishing, bushings connector block, connection wire 3 core assemble of rotor and starter unit with capacitor, connecting wire, capacitor pad, down rod, blades complete all as specified and directed. Note: Transportation from buildings/workshop to complaint cell and further to civil workshop outside DAS for rewinding and bring back after repair is inclusive of rate complte all as specified and as directed.
