Removing old unserviceable foot board and supply and fixing new foot board made out of Ist class hard wood (Sisham/teak) frame including 4 mm thick one side teak face ply ISI marked for both sides and complete 4mm thick teak wood beading shall be all around provided as per drg. Removing old broken long rails and supply and fixing new long rails of seasoned shisham/ teak wood of size 1980x90x35mm as per drg duly french polished.

Removing of old unserviceable drawer and knobs and providing of new drawers of MDF board 18 mm thick for sides and 6 mm thick ply wood commercial ISI marked for bottom including chromium plated knobs as per drg.

REPAIR TO TABLE CENTRE(FD-235, 274): Removing of old U/S existing top from table and S&F new top of size as per drg. Top shall be 18 mm thick preliminated MDF board BWR exterior grade as approved by GE conforming to IS-12823 Grade-I type-II duly screwed. Edging all round the top shall be of 4mm teakwood.

Meat Safe FD- 47 (m): Removing of old unserviceable front shutters with wire gauge/side wire gauge and S&F new front shutters with wire guage/sides of wire gauge. Shutter should be fitted with 25mm long butt hinges.Wire guage shall be of 12mm mesh and of 20 gauge. 75mm hasp and staple should be provided to top of shutter. All wood shall be 1st class teak. Two numbers ball spring catch shall be provided to each shutter and one coat of white paint .all as per shape and size shown on drawing No FD-47

Conversion of 32 mm dia short rail obtained from item No 42 above into two numbers leg including fixing to 3 way 32 mm dia at one end threaded and cover the other end with hard rubber/PVC shoe.

Handle made of shisham wood duly french polished and fixed to the chair tubular with arms with screws of suitable size.

MS Flat size 25x25x4mm thick welded at four corner at bottom of the seat only to support and screwed with the seat at two places.

Preparation of surfaces and painting with synthetic enamel paint OG colour to chair steel tubular with/without arms including 4 Nos of PVC bushes to the bottom of the chair frame and 2 Nos of PVC caps on the top of the frame.

Chair verandah (FD-256) S&F following components of Chair verandah including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed. MS conduit 20mm bore,1.6mm thick, upto 30cm length, made to shape, duly welded.

Preparation of steel tubular frame surfaces with emery paper and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of white colour of approved quality and recaning the chair fully both seat and back with new plastic cane, white, half round of size 4mm wide including providing new suitable PVC shoes of approved quality and colour.

Chair writing (MAP)/Steel S&F following componants of chair writing (MAP)/Steel (approved quality) including dismantling one all as specified and as directed. Seat & back

Handle Shall be approved quality

M&L for painting two coats of Black paint in iron frame of chair writing (MAP)/Steel after scraping old paint/rusted parts by emery paper.
