Cutting and removing wild vegetation, creepers, grass, shrubs, etc along the fencing from its roots level etc & clearing off the site completely as per requirement & shifting the removed grass from area.

Surface excavation n. exc. 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil.

Dismantling cast iron work of any description.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Removing building material to the distance 1Km from the site.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dence soil.

Removing excavated material upto 50m and depositing where directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

M & L for soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled surface, formed, rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber including watering & ramming etc. complete. Spread thickness 150mm

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in pavings, laid in layers n. exc 15cm thick. Spread, levelled & rommed including watering, etc complete

Cement concrete of type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) with 100mm thickness.

Concrete bed to drain pipes 300mm including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 mix

S & F of HDPE pipe 315mm dia, and PE 100, underground in required gradient and connecting by using hot plate system etc. complete as per requirement of site.

Providing precast cement concrete in landings, cover slabs & frame (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar complete with joints to match in type B1, 1:2:4 mix (20mm graded aggregate) and set in 1:4 mix cement mortar

M & L for brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in 1:3 cement mortar

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick even & smooth cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, (without using extra cement) setting coat 5mm thick, trowelled to even and smooth finish in cement plaster 1:2 mix
