PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SETTING UP OF MH60 R TRAINING FACILITIES AND DATA HANDLING SIMULATOR BUILDING NIAT NAVAL BASE KOCHI

(A) GEO TECHNICAL INVESTIGATION:-

Mobilization of bore equipments and skilled labour to site including charges of shunting the rig in between and demolition of same after complletion of Job for 5 Nos of Bore holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring all types of soil through a depth of 60mtrs below the ground level or up to strata with SPT N value 50 which ever is earlier and collecting samples and conducting necessary filed tests for 5 Nos of bore holes as per relevant IS codes complete all as specified and as directed.

Conducting all necessary laboratory tests on samples as per relevant IS codes and Submission of detailed reports in triplicate consisting of each and every detail, location, bore hole profiles and cross section, description of soil strata, laboratory and feild test results, comments and recommendations on suitable foundation etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

(B) ARCHITECTURALSERVICES :- Preparation of site plan conceptual architectural darwings three proposal with latest architectural views in 3D (on latest autodesk autocadd software) with relevant details like plans, elevations, sections, layout plan etc. based on BPs and AE's data and local architectural norms and preparation and submission of conceptual drawings and architectural drawings including Shedule of finishes, internal water supply, internal electric supplydrawings, drgs of buildings of Guard rest room, sentry post, UG Sump, pump house, subsation building, Plinth area (3000 Sqm appx) and and submit the same in four copies. The working drgs shall be on A1 or A0 size as required standard scale and working details on standard scale as per requirements. (ii) Submission of 3D colour rendered Walk through of 3 mins Note: The consultant shall be liable to issue amendments in drg as required for CEFEES approved without any extra cost The rate quoted will include the cost of any such amended drgs.

(C) STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS, DESIGN AND DRAWINGS PREPARATION:- (i)Analysis and design of structure as per latest IS code in design software staad pro/Etabs(Member/component design may carried out in MS Excel /safe etc) (ii) Preparation of structural drawings including all details in auto cadd (iii)Submission of design base report including all the calculation for analysis and design criteria containing input files of STAAD/ output of design and forces in tabular form, details of calculations, copy of MS excel pages ,one hard copy of arch and structural drgs, softcopy of all arch drgs. and structural drgs in AUTO CAD as well as soft copies of signed and certified drgs scanned in PDF format and vetting of design and drawings from IIT/NIT College only. NOTES :- (i) Design shall be carried out by qualified structural engineers. (ii) All provisions in the IS codes shall be strictly adhered and forwarded. (iii) The consultant will be liable to attend the discussions and tender presentation after submission of drgs and issue required amendments drgs./ corrections as directed by the dept without any extra cost. The rates quoted here in will include the cost of any such drgs.(v) The consultant also visit the proposed site before carrying out design if required by him without any extra cost to the dept.

(D) PREPARATION OF DETAILED ESTIMATES, YARD STICKS AND TENDER DOCUMENTS:- Preparation of detailed estimates and item wise yardsticks including taking off quantities and abstract as per MES SSR 2020, market rate analysis including preparation of of tender and submission of details to HQ CE (NW) Kochi as per approved drawings for the specific work.

(E) GREEN BUILDING:- The building needs to be designed to achieve minimum 3 star GRIHA rating. The consultant will include all specifications and provisions in the design for obtaining minimum 3 star GRIHA rating. Building to be designed to facilitate energy saving by reducing artificial lighting and cooling load. Low flow water fixtures to be fixed. Natural lighting to enhance visual comforts. Low energy materials for interior of the bldg. Waste segregation arrangements. E-waste handler. Sufficient number of trees and turfing. Scheme to be included: Rain water harvesting. Electric charging stations for e-vehicles. Bio waste managements. Solar energy consumption plant/setup. Energy efficient 5 star AC's and fans with service value 4.5 or BLDC Fans. Any other requirements for GRIHA norms.

Note:- The detailed scope and unforseen requirements will be finalised after discussion with User(s), MES and consultancy representatives.
