Painting to old chair verandah (steel frame structure) with two coats of synthetic enamel white paint over a coat of chromium red oxide metal primer , after complete removal of existing paint including preparation of surface, complete all as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of unserviceable cane of seat and back of chair verandah and recaning the same with plastic cane 4mm wide of approved quality in godrej pattern, complete all as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

FD-229,1108 & FD-17 Replacement of existing unserviceable front leg with new leg made out of sheesham wood to shape duly wroughted , all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked legs carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable rear leg with new leg made out of sheesham wood made to shape dully wroughted, all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked legs carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable side, front and back rails with new made out of sheesham wood made to shape duly wroughted, all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked rails carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable back top stiffner in rear leg with new stiffner made out of sheesham wood made to shape duly wroughted, all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked stiffners carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Polishing to chair easy with French polish after filling the holes cracks with putty and make the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw/burnt saina the surface to direct vision complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable plywood top with new plywood top,12mm thick (07 Nos of Ply) BWR commercial type of size 1800x 900mm as top of bed fixed with screws with three stiffeners after taking out the unserviceable ply, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

French Polishing to bed, new or old exposed to view and make the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw/burnt saina the surface to direct vision complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable parts of Charpoy GI pipe as under, replacing the same as per drgs, making functional FD-220 Taking out old worn out and unserviceable nylone newar and providing new plywood 12mm thick 7 Nos of ply BWR Grade ISI marked to IS-303 type BB plywood, commercial type of size 1980 x 950mm with and including 8mm dia round head counter shunk bolts and nuts and with washer by drilling 3 holes each on long rails and 2 holes each on short rails complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Replacement of existing unserviceable veneered board at bottom of the table with new veneered board 18mm thick, all as per drg after taking out old broken/damaged board carefully,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable plywood at bottom of the drawer with new plywood commercial,6mm thick, all as per drg after taking out old broken/ damaged plywood carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable prelaminated particle board to the top of the table with new prelaminated particle board 18mm thick, all as per drg after taking out old broken/damaged particle board carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable looking mirror of the table with new looking mirror, 5mm thick with 6mm thick commercial plywood at the back, all as per drg after taking out old broken/ damaged looking mirror carefully,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable legs with new legs made out of sheesham wood made to shape duly wroughted, all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked legs carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable prelaminated particle board to the top of the table with new prelaminated particle board 19mm thick, exterior grade made to the shape duly teak wood edging all around the top all as per drg after taking out old broken/damaged particle board carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

French Polishing to table centre, new or old after filling the holes/ cracks with putty exposed to view and make the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw/burnt saina the surface to direct vision complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable part of Sofa Set 5 Seater as under replacing the same as per drgs (FD-258 & FD-281) and making functional. Replacement of existing unserviceable front legs with new legs made out of sheesham wood made to shape duly wroughted, after taking out old broken/cracked legs carefully. These shall be 200mm high in one piece. The top 50mm portion of legs shall be sqaure in section and below that the legs shall be 45mm dia at top near 150mm from bottom of legs and 25mm dia at the bottom of legs complete all as specified in drawings & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable rear legs with new legs made out of sheesham wood made to shape duly wroughted, after taking out old broken/cracked legs carefully. These shall be 175mm high in one piece. The top 50mm portion of legs shall be sqaure in section and below that the legs shall be 45mm dia at top near 125mm from bottom of legs and 25mm dia at the bottom of legs. The legs shall be joined by 25mm x 50mm in section from rear and side rails, complete all as specified in drawings & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable fillets with new fillets made out of sheesham wood made to shape duly wroughted, after taking out old broken/cracked fillets carefully. Fillets shall be 22mmx25mm in section & shall be provided all-round the planks. Five numbers copper plated steel springs of 100mm dia and 150mm high shall be provided on each plank using total numbers of springs as 20 in one seat supported by 10mm dia cane stick as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable hession cloth with new best quality, closely knitted hession cloth which shall be fixed over the springs over which 50mm thick layer of coir & shall be placed densely in the seat and back of sofa chair. The best quality of hession cloth shall be again fixed over the coir. A layer of 12mm thick cotton shall be placed at the back and seat of sofa chair. A cotton long cloth shall be provided over the cotton layer. Tapestry cloth shall be provided all as shwon on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge on all sides of sofa chair in such a way that no wood or internal things shall be visible.

Removing old unserviceable part of Table 900 x 600 x 760mm with drawer as under replacing the same as per drgs (FD-283 & FD-224) and making functional. Replacement of existing unserviceable leg with new leg made of sheesham wood, made to shape duly wroughted, all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked legs carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable long rails with new rails made of sheesham wood, made to shape duly wroughted, all as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked long rails, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable top with new top made of pre-laminated particle board of size 900x600x19mm thick, made to shape duly teak wood edging all round the top as per drg after taking out old broken/ cracked top, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Polishing to the table with French polish after filling the holes cracked with putty and make the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw/burnt saina to the directs visions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable teapoy top with new top made of pre-laminated particle board exterior grade size 600x450x19mm thick (OST) made to shape duly teak wood edging all round the top as per drg after taking out old broken/cracked top carefully, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Polishing the table with French polish after filling the holes cracked with putty and make the surface smooth with emery paper and applying raw/burnt saina to the directs visions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
