Operation of Transformers, all type of electrical fixtures, Water Supply Pump Sets, Electrical panel HT & LT, feeder pillar, cable network and other accessories installed at service block and office building NFM Azadpur. The firm shall provide minor items i/c all types nuts, bolts, screws, PVC Tape etc. as required at site. The minimum staff to be deployed by the contractor shall be as under:- (i) Electrician/wiremen / operator-01 Nos (ii) Khallasi/helper -02 Nos

Comprehensive AMC of 11 KV HT panel i/c repair/replacement of consisting, 800A, 3 phase C&S make vacuum circuit Breaker (VCB)-3 nos i/c all type relays, CT's with VTC/CRC & PT , charging system, wiring, cabling, bus bars, tripping coils, meters with oiling, greasing etc. as required

Comprehensive AMC of 1000 AMP rating 415/500V Air circuit breaker (ACB)-3 nos. C&S make along with relays etc i/c repair/replacement of parts existing in LT panel, with oiling, greasing etc. as required

Comprehensive annual maintenance contract & operation of 3 No1 HP Sewage pump (Submersible) i/c repair / replacement of all major / minor parts in pump, motor sets and pipe, valve and control panels as required at Service Block Basement pump house and Office Building Basement NFM Azadpur

Supplying of LT Power cables armoured Aluminum conductor 4 x 70 sq. mm genuine & approved ISI marked material as and when required during contract period of one year. The price should be inclusive of all taxes, cartage etc. and should be valid for one year
