DESIGN, SUPPLY OF NEW HIGH MAST

HM NO. PHM1, PHM2, PHM3, PHM4 Design, manufacturing, supply of Hot dip galvanised, polygonal high masts with fixed head frame suitable for mounting 22 nos. of LED Flood Lights(450W and above) as required. The height of the mast from base upto top of head frame shall be 30.0mtrs. The mast has been designed considering base wind speed as per IS 875 i.e. 50m/s.

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template.

Supply of external manrider unit for accessing the head frame. The unit shall be suitable for safe load carrying capacity of 300Kg with climb speed not exceeding 9m/min.(installation,testing and commissioning included)

Supply of outdoor LED floodlight (450W and above) suitable for playground lighting to obtained minimum 500 Lux level. (ON PROPOSED HM)

SITC of High Mast Lighting Distribution Board (HMLDB), 14SWG CRCA sheet made outdoor type, pedestal mounted totally enclosed with IP55 degree of protection with canopy suitable for use on 415 Volts 3-phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz system having required fault capacity, housed with incoming and outgoing, Aluminium bus bars interconnection etc. with indication lamps,relay,contactor,MCB,CTS,all other switchgear and accessories etc. (FOR NEW PROPOSED MAST)

SITC of cubical type LT panel (CPRI Approved)suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 4Wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized (preferably) design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates I/C cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having suitable capacity extensible type TPN Aluminium Alloy bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 36 KA for 1 Sec., bottom base channel of MS section of suitable size, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Al. bus bars and control wiring with 1.5 sq.mm. zero halogen fire retardant insulated copper conductor S/C cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, I/C providing following switch gears. Incomer as 2 nos. 250A 4P MCCB Outgoings - 10 nos. 63A TP MCB, 1 Set phase indication lights (R, Y, B) Solid state type (LED), 1 No. 0 to 500V, AC, Volt Meter with VSS & control fuses, 1 No. 0 to 250A, Ammeter with ASS &CT's. of ratio 250/5A and class-1 accuracy.

Supply of undernoted sizes of copper conductor XLPE insulated, unarmoured and overall PVC sleeved 1.1 KV grade control cables conforming to IS 1554.3C X 2.5 sq mm. - From HMLDB to flood lights on masts. - (FOR PROPOSED HM)(Supply and laying of brick and sand included)

Supply of following sizes 1.1 KV FR XLPE insulated cable with Al. conductor, PVC inner sheathed, armoured, overall PVC sheathed stranded in conformity to the technical specification and as per latest IS - codes. Need for main panel to feeder pillar - 35 sqmm x 4 core(Supply and laying of brick and sand included)

Supply of Low intensity LED type aviation obstruction luminaires to be mounted on high masts.

Supply of 100mm GI Pipe (medium class) as approved by EIC.(including transportation cost)

ERECTION, SERVICES FOR NEW HIGH MAST

HM NO. PHM1, PHM2, PHM3, PHM4 Erection of Hot dip galvanised, polygonal high masts with fixed head frame suitable for mounting 22 nos. of LED Flood Lights(450W and above) as required. The height of the mast from base upto top of head frame shall be 30.0mtrs. The mast has been designed considering base wind speed as per IS 875 i.e. 50m/s.

Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at suitable depth with all materials and labour.

Installation of LED Flood lights. (ON PROPOSED HM)

Erection of Low intensity LED type aviation obstruction luminaires to be mounted on high masts.

Laying of one number of PVC insulated and PVC sheated/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of size upto 35 sqmm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning,protective covering and refilling the trench,etc as required.(Supply and laying of bricks and sand included)

Laying and testing of undernoted sizes of copper conductor XLPE insulated, unarmoured and overall PVC sleeved 1.1 KV grade control cables conforming to IS 1554.3C X 2.5 sq mm. - From HMLDB to flood lights on masts. - (FOR PROPOSED HM)(Supply and laying of bricks and sand included)

Making end termination for cable 3C X 2.5 sq mm. - From HMLDB to CG racks to flood lights on masts

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5CX35 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5CX185 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making of earthing with earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.(all materials of earthing included) For High Mast - 2 Nos. Pits/Mast For HMLDB - 2 No. Pit/For main panel-2Nos.

Supplying, laying and fixing of 150 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth at designated place, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soil

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat ofapproved steel primer all complete.

S/F 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip: Supplying and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required & directed by EIC.

Aiming of each individual LED Floodlight for existing masts as well as new high mast to its desired position & orientation,Also creating grids throughout the field with the grid-points distance as considered in the design and Measuring lux levels on each grid points to Finding out the Average Horizontal Lux level and Uniformity as per the practical installations for one time by Engineering expert provided by OEM.

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings,bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Making horizontal bore under the WBM of the roads manually for laying of upto 100 mm NB GI/ RCC pipes, excavating the side approach to facilitate boring, backfilling the same after completion of works including < supply of tools , tackles, personal protective equipment to complete the job >, excluding the supply of GI pipe as directed by Engineer-In -Charge.
