Dismantling of existing road.

Dismantling manually flexible pavement including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Demolishing cement concrete pavement by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Excavation of earth for the following depths below G.L. for laying and jointing of sewers in soil mixed with shingle, bajri etc. including excavation for joints pits, trimming, dressing, levelling, refilling of trenches in 15 cm layers, watering & ramming the same and disposal of surplus earth & other dismantled materials upto a distance of 50 m from the centre of the trenches.

Provide & fix open timbering (covering1/3rd of surface area by planks), in trenches for the depth upto 3 mt. Below ground level consisting of 40mm thick approved country wood planks for poling board 125mm × 75mm Indian Salwood walers and 100mm dia Sal ballies for strurts at 1.50m c/c including removal after laying of sewer both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments & measurements i.e. area equals to length x depth of trenches. Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.

Provide & fix close timbering in trenches for the depth from 3-6 mt. Below ground level consisting of 50mm thick country wood planks 150mmx75mm indian salwood walers and 125mm dia sal ballie for strurts at 1.50m percent including removal after laying of sewer(both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments & measurements i.e. area equals to length x depth of trenches. Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.

Providing and laying of granual bedding with well graded crushed rock or gravel mixed with size upto 20mm including supply of all material,labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Lowering in trenches, aligning, laying & jointing of RCC pipes NP3 class (with s/s ends) as per IS: 458 - 1988 (Amended up to date) with Rubber gaskets (EPDM/SBR) including cost of all jointing materials, testing, commissioning etc, complete as per specifications and/or as directed by Engineer. etc. jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc.

Constructing Brick Masonry Manhole of various dia and depth as per IS :4111 par1( latest ammendment) in FPS brick class designation M-100 in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) including nside and outside 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inside only. The work includes excavation, dewatering, planking, strutting etc. refilling, disposal of surplus earth with all lift and lead of 50m, Including construction of concrete base with PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size), preparation of channal up to the height of'the'pipe and benching in PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including neat cement finished, suitable connection of inlet & outlet pipes, testing (watertightness} of manhole, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (the depth of manhole will be measured from the invert of the pipe to top of the manhole cover).

Reinstatement of following types of road for sewers, manholes, sewer connecting chambers etc. including sorting out and stacking of materials (serviceable materials) and disposal of unservicable materials upto a distance of 50 m

Exacavation on earth.

Laying of P.C.C. 1:4:8 in base concrete including all material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Laying of P.C.C. 1:2:4 in top surface including all material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Provision for shifting of water supply mains and house connecting coming in the alignmen of sewer and in chambers including all materials, labour etc. comp. and including balling out of water from trenches.

Provision for repairing of leakage of 90mm dia AC/PVC existing pipe line, including supply and fixing of CI D/ joint and also excavation of trenche etc complete.

Provision for making of connection of proposed sewer to existing sewer including making of holes in the walls and repairing the same with the new brick work as may be required for proper complete connection including clearing of existing sewer and manhole

Provision for shifting and reinstatement of domestic sewage supply line upto 250 mm dia in the alignment including all material, labour and T&P etc.

Provision for crossing of Nallah / drain and diversion of water and dismantling and Reinstatement of the same during execution of the work.

Supply of all material, labour and T&P to provide the barricading along trench during excavation and laying of pipe with eucalyptus ballies of 100mm dia in horizontal section in two rows and vertical post of 125 mm dia at 2 m C/C fastened with Nariyal rope including provision of cacution board.

Cartage and recarting of excavated earth from site to other place due narrow space in lanes including its proper staking, to reduce the earth load on trenches and making arrangment of path for local residents as per direction of engineer incharge by head load on an average distance 2 chain from Narrow lanes assuming 30% of total excavated earth

Disposal of excavated excess earth away from the site including conveyance of material up to an average lead of 8 Km away from the site and corresponding required lift, loading, unloading etc complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge.
