Supply, installing, testing and commissioning Outdoor type LT feeder pillar box suitable for accommodate the following accessories, pedestal mounted, CPRI approved factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, double door, front side openable, type IP 54 protection made of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick of size as per IS and having proper locking arrangement in front side door suitable for 440 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system including cable glands of suitable size for incoming and outgoing cables and comprising with and including following accessories and mounted on PCC Platform min 45 cm from ground level and grouted in PCC 1:3:6, 100 mm thick, 0.5 m all round the panel board including dismantling old unsv LT feeder pillar box / busbar chamber etc complete with the following items housed in :- BUSBAR :- 400 Amps rated Alumunium bus bar TPN duly insulated with coloured PVC sleeve as per standard colour code and rigidly mounted on bakelite / DMC insulator bus bar support (Square / round) insulators of suitable size and good insulation resistance (Busbar to MCCB shall be connected through suitable size of Alumunium busbar). S&F of Bus bar chamber with door type of size 400 x 380 x 190 mm made out of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick with copper bus bar three phase & neutral each 320 x 20x6 mm of size fixed on insulators and fixing on steel pole with proper clamps, nuts, bolts & washers of required size and making connection of LT cables with thimbles, glands and making good the disturbed surfaces including water proof PVC sticker like danger mark complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation, connecting electrically & commissioning in replacement of LT feeder pillar box outdoor type of size 0.90 x 0.60 x 0.50 mtr size factory fabricated made out of MS sheet of thickness 3.15 mm front door openable with arrangement mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40 x40 x6mm, 1.0 mtr long, 1.0 mtr above ground level and 0.50 mtr embedded in PCC blocks of size 0.30 x 0.30x 0.50 mtr -04 Nos duly painted with two coats of synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide complete with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire supply system duly drilled holes and making all cable connection with proper thimbles mounted on epoxy based post insulators and one MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole 415 volts, 35/36 kA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3 mm thick as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level using galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI thimbles nuts bolts washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade 40mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil reaming surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 5 of SSR part I 1991 or directed by Engineer-in-charge incl testing on completion.

S&F in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 1100 volt grade cable for outdoor/indoor termination end joint heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE/PVC armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 to 35 Sqmm 3.5/4 core.

All as per item No 9 but for 6 to 25 Sqmm 4 core size.
