Mastic Application and Acid Resistant Brick Lining Works in Final Absorption Tower(FAT) and Pump Tank at FACT CD

Mastic application & acid resistant brick lining works in Final Absorption Tower (FAT) & Pump Tank in FACT-CD Scope of work includes : #Preparation of detailed development drawing of mastic coating and acid resistant brick lining in FAT & pump tank # Procurement & supply of Alphatherm/Pecora A-103 mastic, acid resistant brick and chemical resistant mortar required for the job. # Surface preparation of all internal surfaces of the FAT & pump tank by grit blasting to SA 2.5 finish. # Application of mastic coating and carrying out acid resistant brick lining works in FAT & pump tank. # Providing all necessary assistance for commissioning & trial runs of FAT & pump tank Entire works shall be done as per Special Conditions of the contract, General Conditions of Contract and as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all charges associated with all materials/consumables/manpower/ machinery/ tools/ tackles/ lifting equipment required for the work as specified in the Special Conditions of the Contract.
