Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis construction of brick boundary wall with pile foundarion , internal road side drain (brick drain), RCC open drain along the boundary wall, single box culvert in the front gate,Main Gate (2nos.) with sign board, Security Guard Room, approach road leading to block D from main road (Silchar- Hailakandi Road) in the location of existing PHE Office building and demolition of PHE office (G+3) with water supply &overthead tank including the existing damaged brick boundary wall , with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Measurment will be for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing, Construction, Supply and Installation on EPC Basis electrical works for campus security , garden, newly constructed gate, boundary lighting, security surveillance, lifts (6nos), additional UPS, air conditioners, demolition of electrical works in PHE Division II works, dismantling and reorientation of HT &LT line in campus development etc. by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge and guidelines complete in all respect.
