RequiredThe Bidder should be a Manufacturer OEM OR Authorized Representative of a Manufacturer OEM and the representative should have experience in printing and supply of Smart ID cards
RequiredThe bidder should have an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 10.00 Lakh in any of the three years of last four financial years i.e., 2022-23 to 2025-26. Copies of the proof should be enclosed.
RequiredThe bidder should have executed similar nature of work (supply of smart card identity cards with back pouch and lanyard of worth Rs. 5.00 lakh in any one of the financial years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 in a single/multiple purchase orders. Copies of the purchase order along with satisfactory work completion report should be attached.
Required3a Purchase orders without work completion certificates will not be considered for evaluation. Current year POs with satisfactory completion report can be considered for evaluation
RequiredThe Bidder must have valid Registration of GST and PAN. Copies of the same should be enclosed
RequiredThe firm should have valid Registration with the state and local authorities for under taking the profession (Proof should be enclosed)
RequiredThe bidder should submit/give declaration stating that they are not debarred blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central and State Govt. Undertakings/ enterprises/ Organizations and by any other Quasi Government bodies/Organizations in India for nonsatisfactory performance, corrupt and Fraudulent or any other unethical business practices.
Required7a If the bidder is debarred/ blacklisted as mentioned above, such bidder becomes ineligible to participate in the bidding process. In-case of any concealing of information relating to blacklisting or pending of cases as mentioned above or submission of fake information/fake documents, TTD
Required7b reserves the right to cancel the work order/contract allotted, apart from forfeiting the deposits paid and TTD reserves the right to take penal action on the bidder
