Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild bands, stapes, supports for hold fast and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC Sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, upplied and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood, plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters , open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided in to quares,with plain, chamfered or rounded , mitred and rebated sash bars,any numbers ; edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.20 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters , open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided in to quares,with plain, chamfered or rounded , mitred and with sash bars,any numbers ; edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.20 (b) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated door frame and partition using standard aluminium section one or more rebates with joint clip and using rubber beading etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Glass panel/particle board panel filling shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. with and including 2 Nos handle in each door , hinges complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in repairs double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Powder Coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Powder Coated aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum coating of grade AC 15) of DG 102 design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 5.5 mm thick sheet glass tinted in square exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane for fixing in aluminium joinery including necessary beading as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over pink prime including preparation of new wooden surface all as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering on concrete or Brick works surface racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on block/ brick surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing of new surfaces of any description and applying two coats of acrylic distemper, white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer after finishing the plastered wall surface with 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick, width of lath 75 mm with and including ball bearing, manually operated type as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position including taking out old shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement including taking out old railing complete all as specified and directed.
