Cat (A) -Items to be supply and fixing

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof covering, ridges, wall cladding, any thickness, ridges including all safety equipment required to remove the sheets at any height and removing rubbish off from the premises & deposited where directed.

Taking down eaves/vally gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S & F Pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Corrugated steel roofing 0.50 mm thick (straight or curved) for roofing & side wall cladding with tensile strength 550MPa. Available in bare finish & colour coated finish, as per user design. (Make-Ispat Industries Ltd. /SAIL/TATA/Century wells roofing Ind. Ltd./ Jindal or equivalent only acceptable) and fixing in roof with self- drilling and tapping hexagonal head screws & bituminous felt & Neoprene /EPDM washer using all necessary arrangements such as ladders, safety belts, helmet & necessary safety appliances.

S & F Pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (any shape and size as required) as in roof covering / cladding to wall.(Make-Ispat Industries Ltd. / SAIL / TATA / Century wells roofing Ind. Ltd. / Jindal or equivalent only acceptable and fixing in roof with self-drilling and tapping screw & bituminous felt & steel washer using all necessary arrangements such as ladders etc.

M & L Cement concrete in roof kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edge, Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregates), curing

S & F pain mild steel sheeting 02 mm thick , in ridges, hip, vally gutter, drips and straight flashings to the required shape and size suitable at site, bending, cutting, notching, drilling riveting, welding etc as required with necessary accessories, sealing all joints with approved sealant including one coat of red oxide and two coats of IS-158 bituminous black paint

S & F mild steel box made of 02 mm thick MS plate having size 750x300x250 mm, with leak proof welded outlet spout/nozzle of size made of MS sheet 02 mm thick, 150 mm dia. and 100 mm long to receive / connect with PVC pipe. Sealing all joints with approved sealant including one coat of red oxide and two coats of of IS-158 bituminous black paint.

S & F PVC rigid pipe 150 mm dia , Type-A, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints including including all fittings such as bends, Y junctions, socket etc (equal or unequal with inspection hole covers, fixed to wall or any other verticle surface with suitable mild steel clamps.

S & F PVC rigid pipe 250 mm dia , Type-A, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints including including all fittings such as bends, Y junctions, socket etc (equal or unequal with inspection hole covers, fixed to wall or any other verticle surface with suitable mild steel clamps.

S & F Angles (internal or external) or nozzle pieces (Out lets) made of 1.25 mm thick mild steel sheet and 150 mm dia, fixed to MS gutter by welding or riveting, sealing joints by approved sealant including one coat of red oxide and two coats of IS-158 bituminous paint

M & L for Roof slab grouting with drill machine, fixing pvc pipe 15mm bore dia. with quick setting cement for injection grouting method with a pressure not less than 7 kg/sqcm using non-shrink Dt. Fixit Pidicrete AM or equivalent – 225 gm per 50 kg cement adding the water grouting pressure till reversal flow appears on the slab.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of the rubbish off the premises including necessary scaffolding required.

Providing & Laying PCC 55 mm thick Type – B1, 1:2:4 mix with use of approved quality & grade of cement, compaction, curing including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement including making impressions with string to form panels.

Rendering cement plaster 20mm thick in C. M. 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete work including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, scaffolding, curing.

M&L for cutting holes into or through cement concrete RCC Pardi with superficial area exc. 100 sq.cm but not exc. 250 sq.cm and making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1.

S&F of PVC (SWR) Pipes (Bore 110 mm single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints including required any type of fittings, Make – Plasto / Sintex / Finolex or equivalent only acceptable.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and re-fixing the same boards in ceiling
