Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator- Loader (JCB) (Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum)

1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs

2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour.

3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor.

4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges.

5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above.

6. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Providing and fixing factory-made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of 100*65 MM with encapsulation of 6 MM rigid layer on all external surfaces. The door frame will have a rebate of 32MM/ 37 MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to wall using Z Hand fast 300 MM long hold fast.

Supply and apply of expansion joints treatment as per the below including all labour charges, materials, tools and accessories etc complete.

Procedure/scope of work:1. Cut and removal the existing expansion joint in the screed for a minium width of 400 mm and a depth of screed (up to the mother slab) by using diamond disc cutting machine and dispose the debris as per the department instruction. 2. Remove the mortar filling/sealant/filler board from the existing expansion joint in the mother slab with mechanical method without disturbing the edges/line/length and the mother structure and dispose the debris as per the instruction of department engineer. 3. Clean the surface with air blower up to receive a dust free surface and make sure the surface is sound dry or the moisture content is less than 5%.

4. Place the MIXSELL R 5 to 10% more than the width of the joint) in level for a required depth of sealant application from the top of the joint (minimum 20 mm or half of the width - if the sealant application is 40x25 mm, keep the backer rod 25mm down from the top of the joint) 5. Apply one coat of penetrative primer MIXPRIME SB 300(as per the site conditions) in the vertical surface of the joint by using hand brush and allow to touch dry. 6. Fill the MIXFLEX AC in the joint by using a sealant gun/notch trowel as per site condition up to the required depth and width. 7. Apply two coat of penetrative sealer coat site mixed

primer MIXPRIME AC100 - mix with portable water and OP cement in the ratio of 2:1:3 (two part MIXPRIME AC100 one part water three parts OP cement by using slow speed drill machine with paddle for a period of 2 to 3 minutes up to receive a homogeneous mix) @ 1.000 liter per sqm as per the porosity of the existing elevated conventional expansion joint in the entire width of 400 mm along with MIXFELT P50 in between the two coats and allow to cure for a period of 6 hours. 8. Do the necessary levelling plastering with cement sand mortar 1:4 along with the additon of MIXBOND SBR Super and PLAST FIBER 3s as per the following for a minimum thickness of 20 mm with a clear gap in between the elevated slab of the conventional expansion joint.,

a) Mix the MIXBOND SBR Super @ 2 liter/bag cement in the ratio of 1:4 mortar (pre mix the admixture in the portable water for preparing the mortar) b) Add 100 gram PLASTFIBRE 3S in the above liquid and stirred well with a slow speed drilli with paddle, c) prepare the cement sand screed in the ratio of 1:4 with above prepared liquid for the suitable consistency. d) Necessary curing - and drying for a minimum period of 4 days. 9. In wet condition, provided a dummy expansion joint on the top of the screed for a minimum size of 20x20 mm by using sharp trowel. 10. Apply one coat of penetrative primer MIXPRIME SB 300 (as per the site condition when the joint has opened) in the vertical surface of the joint by using hand brush and allow to touch dry. 11. Fill the MIXFLEX AC in the joint by using a sealant gun/notch trowel as per site condition up to the required depth and width/Method/procedure of MIXGUARD HRS Water proofing System. 1. Apply one coat of penetrative sealer coat site mixed primer MIXPRIME AC100 - mix with portable water and OP cement in the ratio of 2:1:3 (Two part MIXPRIME AC100: one parti water: 3 part OP cement by using slow speed drill machine with paddle for a period of 2 to 3 minutes up to receive a homogeneous mix)® 1.000 leter per sqm as per the porosity of the prepared mother slab by using roller brush/hand brush/ sprayer and allow to dry for a period of 6 to 8 hours after the laying of tensile reinforcement mat. 2. lay the MIXMAT GFM70/50 (as per conditions) on the top of MIXPRIME AC 100 in wet condition. 3. Apply one coat of penetrative primer MIXPRIME AC @ 0.250 inter per sqm by using roller brush/hand brush/sprayer and allow to dry for a period of 6 hours. 4. Application of Base Coat water proofing system with MIXGUARD HR @ 0.500 kg/sqm by using roller brush/hand brush/sprayer and allow to dry for a period of 6 hours. S. Application of top coat water proofing system with MIXGUARD HR Xtra @ 0.500 kg/sqm by using roller brush/hand brush/sprayer and allow to final curing for a period of 2 to 3 days.

Providing & Placing on Terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank with Double layer approved brand & manufacture with cover and suitable locking arrangement & making necessary holes for inlet & outlets and over flow pipes but without fittings & base support for tanks.

NOTE: (For pendal items)

1. Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias.

2. Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain.

3. Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water.

4. The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc.,

5. The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost.

6. Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc.,

7.All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries.

8. The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
