M & L for cleaning/ servicing the cooling coil of AHU of 140 TR AC plant at VIB - I and MCC Bldg (4 units) by air pressure method using air blower and cleaning the cooling coil with suitable cleaning agent, cleaning the AHU base tray completely and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint inside the base tray, including greasing to AHU blower shaft bearing for smooth functioning, cleaning the AHU filter, replacement of unserviceable V belts etc. all as directed. Note:- V belts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items of this Schedule.

M&L for cleaning/ servicing of cooling tower, natural draught type/ FRP type of 140 TR AC plant VIB - I and MCC Bldg including cleaning of wooden/ PVC/ FRP louvers by scraping inside and outside, cleaning of water tank, cleaning and replacement of damaged/ choked nozzles, replacement of PVC pipe n. exc. 3 mtr in length; arranging, refixing in position of all louvers in correct manner and applying one coat of black bituminous paint inside and outside of water tank, replacement of float valves with new one, cleaning of CT Fan blades, replacement of corroded nuts and bolts as per existing size including replacement of damaged/ broken louvers and unserviceable nozzles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete leak testing the entire central AC plant of any capcity above 60TR and up to 140 TR per unit consisting of compressors, condensers, chillers, AHUs with connected chilled piping, expansion valves and all accessories by flushing out the refrigerant gas present in the system, pumping Nitrogen gas at requisite pressure, locating leak positions, rectifying the leaks, including pressure testing and holding the pressure for 48 Hrs for observation for any pressure drop in the system and flushing out the complete system on rectification of leaks if any, vaccumising & de-hydration the complete system with heavy duty vaccum pump and removal of moisture and other foreign particles from the system complete including checking of all safety controls and parameters, testing & commissioning of the AC plant after charging the refrigerant gas all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Supply only refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately]

M&L for complete leak testing the entire central AC plant of any capcity above 140 TR and up to 300 TR per unit consisting of compressors, condensers, chillers, AHUs with connected chilled piping, expansion valves and all accessories by flushing out the refrigerant gas present in the system, pumping Nitrogen gas at requisite pressure, locating leak positions, rectifying the leaks, including pressure testing and holding the pressure for 48 Hrs for observation for any pressure drop in the system and flushing out the complete system on rectification of leaks if any, vacuumising & de-hydration the complete system with heavy duty vacuum pump and removal of moisture and other foreign particles from the system complete including checking of all safety controls and parameters, testing & commissioning of the AC plant after charging the refrigerant gas all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Descaling of 60 TR (3 x 22 TR) capacity at K - 4 Bldg Package AC Plant complete condensors (outdoor unit) , evaprators (indoor unit), with connected chilled/gas piping, expansion valves and all accessories complete with descaling chemical and filters with fresh water all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete leak testing the entire Package AC plant system consisting of 60 TR (3 x 22 TR) capacity consisting of variour makes for compressors, condensors, evaprators, with connected chilled/gas piping, expansion valves and all accessories complete with Nitrogen gas, locating leaks positions, rectifing the leaks and flushing out the complete system including pressure testing and holding the pressure for 48 Hrs for observation for any pressure drop in the system and rectifying complete and filling the regrigrent gas to desired pressure and testing complete all as directed by the Engr in charge

Removal of complete corrosion of body and electrical connections of Package Plant 3 x 22 TR (Blue Star) and applying two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of redoxide primer without damaging the existing auxilaries/ pipe lines and electrical connections and complete fxing of the compressor / condnser unit fan controll units and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting electrically and mechanically mono-block pump set of 30 HP capacity of any make from the existing position by arranging dummy plates to suction and delivery line, removing from the existing position, opening up, varnishing to stator winding with class I varnish, heating/ baking the same, removal of damaged motor bearing, cleaning the rotor and re assembling the motor, cleaning the impeller of pump, supply & replacement of shaft bearings, gland rope, gland bolts & nuts, greasing the pump bearing, fixing back at original location with proper alignment, connecting and testing complete all as specified..

All as per Item No. 10 herein before but of 5 / 7.5 HP capacity

M & L for disconnecting/ Dismantlig (electrically & mechanically) 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 Hz electrical motor from the monoblock pump set of 30 HP capacity and shifting to workshop, opening the motor end cover, taking out rotor, taking out burnt stator winding, cleaning the stator and rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge, weight and turns of super enamelled copper wire using proper insulating material, varnishing with Class-I varnish, heating/ baking, reassembling the motor completely and brought back to site, fixing back duly coupled with the pump in prope aignment, connecting and testing complete all as specified. Note: Insulation of windng shall be Class 'B' upto 7.5 HP and Class 'F' for 10 HP and above.
