Surface excvation n.exe 30 CM deep and avg 15 CM deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil.for foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm for soft/lose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc.50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand Filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surfaces as in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40 mm graded aggregate) as in as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:6) having compressive strength not less than 75 kg/Sq cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster on wall in CM 1:4 incl finished even and fair complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on walls including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular truss or post of different size bend to shape, cut to length etc, including necessary welding, special shape washer, conforming to IS:1161-1998 grade St-240 complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based trapezoidal/ brick patter etc sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.13 above but plain sheet for ridge ,gutter etc fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filling coarse aggregate (20 to 12.50 mm) for inverted filter to drain side complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The filling shall be done neatly and properly compacted. The measurement shall be taken after consolidation and 10% deduction shall be accounted for payment.

Supply and fix, 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed with rubber ring joints for weep hole etc pipe all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 75 mm dia bends any radius all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick plain, black, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (Glazed finish) with Grey cement and pigment any shape any size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-30 Grade, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The sand filling shall be measured separately for payment.

M&L for M25 design mix concreting as in roof kerbs ,coping or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spreading in layers nexc 25cm thickk on plant site or on landscaping using approved Red earth /Moorum all as specified including royalty and carriage charges of any lead including watering , consolidation with hand roller , complete i all as specified and directed. Note: Measurements shall be taken after proper consolidation and 10% deduction for bulkage shall be done for payment.

Supply & spreading on plant/ location as directed by AGE of approved Agro Manure Fertilizer Vermin Compost ( in bags of 50 kg) including royalty and carriage with any lead complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 15 mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with and incl all GI fitting (such as bends, elbows, Tees, connectors, short pieces, back nuts, unions, caps and plug etc ) and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in/on floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 20 mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with and incl all GI fitting (such as bends, elbows, Tees, connectors, short pieces, back nuts, unions, caps and plug etc ) and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in/on floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore bib taps, cast copper alloy,cromium plated, fancy type, with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule all as specified and directed.
