Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall/ ceiling etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc laid and bedded in any mortor complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion and floor complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of sunken surfaces by cleaning of and removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr.Fixit pidicrete URP or equvalent in Fosroc and other approved make and applying 2 Coats of Dr Fixit Bath seal WPC in sunken areas and laying a protective plaster in 10 mm thickness in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with Dr Fixit pidi proof LW+@ 220 ml per bag of cement applying mix of cement water in the ratio 1:1:5 by volume using DR FIXIT PIDICRETE URP chemical on floor and vertical surface of sunken floor as per Manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Note: Integral liquid water proofing compound used should be ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.)

M&L P:C:C 1:5:10 Type-E2 as in mass concrete using 40 mm graded brick agg as in sunken portion complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integrated water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Dr Fixit/Fosroc/BASF/STP

Material & labour for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble over and including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rounding/chamfering to edge of stone slab like granite, marble, kota stone etc to required shape & design including grinding & polishing to obtain required finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought to courses, curved on plan to a mean radius not exceeding 6m, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No-11.00 above but except stone

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10 mm wide, 30 mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L continous brick edging with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry on edge vertically complete all as specified and diected by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Non skid ceramic tiles light coloured (square/rectangular) of size 400 X 400 mm and thickness 8-9 mm thick , in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including and over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Non skid ceramic tiles light coloured (square/rectangular) of size 300 X 300 mm and thickness 8-9 mm thick , in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including and over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for glazed ceramic tiles light coloured of size 300x600mm and thickness 7-8 mm, on vertical surfaces, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including and over rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match & rendering 10 mm thick in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutters 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap inserted for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.
