Laying, Testing and commissioning of Stranded compacted circular aluminium conductor A2XFY conductor screened with extruded , semi conducting compound XLPE insulated 11 screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 kA to 1 sec) core laid up inner sheath (ST-2) PVC galvanized steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed black cable HT cable size 3 core suitable for 11 kV(E) 6.6 kV (UE) confirming to IS 7098 (Part-II) 1985 /with latest amendments. (Note: Cable will be supplied by railway).

Supply of material and providing of copper plate Earthing arrangement by digging the 17 Pit. Copper Plate size 600 X 600 X 3 mm as per drg.No.DRM/KOTA/01927/ELR. Earth value will be taken by the contractor in the presence of Railway representative and written on the earth pit by the contractor.

Supply & Erection of material for fabricated steel work other than mast with SPS.

Supply & fixing of 9 mtrs long steel joist pole size 175 mm X 85 mm approx. weight 19.1 Kg/m.

Supply and fixing of Heat Shrink 1.1 KV LT XLPE Outdoor Termination Kit Size: 4 core x 70-150 sqmm.

Digging of trench in pucca trench in yard/ platform 50 cm. deep and 35 cm. wide 21 including re-plaster on surface by cement concrete after laying of cable. Wherever the digging of trench to full size is not possible, measurement will be proportionate to the actual volume of cross section and length of the trench.

Digging of trench in all type of soils/ road cutting 100 cm. deep and 50 cm. wide. B 22 class bricks on both sides and top of the cable are to be provided. Brick length to be kept across the length of the cable including refilling the trench after laying of cable. Payment for trench will be made on flat rate basis, if it is dug more or less by 1 meter, payment will be made proportionately.

Drilling of Horizontal bore below track/road by pushing method for laying of HDPE/DWC pipe of various size.

Supply of material, providing, commissioning and laying of DWC/HDPE pipe of 160/138 mm dia cabling under road/track. This item covers supply and laying of 160mm OD/138mm ID,as per 24 schedule internal dia, D.W.C. pipes in the existing trench. The pipe shall be laid with a gradient to facilitate drainage of water and it shall be at right angle to the track. The contractor shall have to submit manufacture test certificate. Specification no. RDSO/SPN/204/2011 ver-1 or latest, Anti rodent and anti- oxidant and non flame propagating type.

Supply, laying, fixing of heavy-duty ISI marked B class GI pipe of 3.65 mm wall thickness & 50 mm diameter to be laid along the wall or floor with proper galvanized clamp through the wall or underneath the floor in cement concrete.

Supply of material, fabrication, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of heavy-duty ISI marked B class GI pipe of 80 mm diameter with suitable clamps on rail/pole/joists with nut/bolts and GI socket as per site requirement.

Supply of material & providing GI. pipe earthing arrangement by digging the pit as per 27 DRM/KTT's Drg. No. 01913EL/R1 or latest complete in all type of soils including rocky area. Earth value will be taken by the contractor in the presence of Railway representative and written on the earth pit by the contractor.

Fabrication of suitable size covered shed by supply of material for protection of LT Panel from rain.
