Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using appropriate means of transport through a lead of approximately 30 kilometer.

Complete assembling of all VT pump parts after cleaning , coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load of five stage bowl pump with column pipe of 250 mm dia.

Fabrication, turning and finishing of specified Stainless Steel shaft with end preparation (threaded, etc.) keyway as per old sample having finished diameter of 38 mm, length= 2330 mm and finished weight of approximately 20kg.

Providing and fitting of cutless rubber bush in brass retainer to bearing spider as per sample having approximate specifications: Cutless rubber H=64mm, ID=48 mm,OD= 65mm Bronze retainer H=64mm, ID=65 mm,OD= 77mm.

Fabrication providing and fitting of mesh strainer of diameter=375 mm, height/width= 300mm approx. using steel mesh, MS square bars and MS sheet of suitable thickness and size as per directions of site engineer including painting of stainer with one coat of antirust paint and two coats of bitumen paint The strainer has to be fitted to suction bell mouth at site. Approx. weight=16 kg

Providing and fitting of rubber gasket set (O-ring) for 250 mm dia. flanged column pipes (08 no.)
