Repair, maintenance and servicing of packaged type AC unit of capacity incl taking out existing packaged type AC unit carefully by disconnecting existing electrical connection, removing aside, packing and cleaning with blower & soap solution making dust free to the system, tightening all nuts, bolts, screws, oiling blower motor, checking of all electrical connection, checking for leakage etc and re-fixing the AC in existing place properly all as specified and directed.

Repair, maintenance and servicing of solar type street light including mantenance of batteries and filling distilled water all as specified and directed.

Repair, maintenance and servicing of Smoke detector machine during contract period including fire alarm control panel complete with display board of 160 character, display with touche keypad, mother board with CORTEX 32 processor, inbuilt RS -485 networking circuit for peer to peer networking,inbuilt USB 2.0 port for upload and download the configeretation tools, two Nos, inbuilt programmable relays, 04 Loop card circuit, power supply board with fully protected SMPS operation from 120 to 220V AC ± 10%, 50/60Hz, Battery Back up 24V DC with inbuilt charger, panel of IP-50 rating, operational : MODBUS converter for BMS integration, graphical software, software for TCP/IP Module, Provision for autodialer, loop card with capacity of 254 devices of both detector and modules in any combination, SLC supports both both Class A and Class B wiring complete all as specified and as directed.(Without spare parts).

Disconnecting the defective/worn out hermetically sealed unit (compressor) from the system and S&F in replacement of the defective compressor by new one with suitable capacity /model and re-connecting the compressor to the system properly for window type AC 1.5 Ton capacity and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Gas mafron 22/Freon 22 charging in the system including replacement of capillary tube and strainer for proper cooling of AC 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and repair replacement the blower motor from the system , reconnecting the blower motor of the system properly, making electrical connection for proper functioning of AC 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing suitable starting capacitor for different make of air conditioners of 1.5 Ton capacityas required at site after taking out old worn out starting capacitor complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 1.19 above but running capacitor

Supply and fixing suitable cooling coil assembly for different make of air conditioners of 1.5 Ton capacityas required at site after taking out old cooling coil assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing AC (Window type) carefully by disconnecting existing electrical connection, removing aside, packing and cleaning with blower and soap solution making dust free to the system, tightening all nuts, bolts screws, oiling blower motor, checking of all electrical connection, checking for leakage etc and re-fixing the AC in existing place properly other 1.5 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB, 250 volts, 20 Amps, 10 kA including taking down the old one complete all as specifiedand as directed.

Taking out existing AC (Split type unit) carefully by disconnecting existing electrical connection, removing aside, packing and cleaning with blower & soap solution making dust free to the system, tightening all nuts, bolts, screws, oiling blower motor, checking of all electrical connection, checking for leakage etc and re-fixing the AC in existing place properly of the following capacity all as specified and directed of Size 1Ton/1.5 Ton Capacity :

All as per Item No 1.24 but capacity of 2 Ton

Vacuum leak testing, flushing and gas charging including supply of Gas for AC with Mafron -22 / Freon-22 refrigerant and testing complete all as specified and directed of size 1 Ton /1.5 Ton Capacity

S&F blower motor fan of suitable type/model of reputed firm/company of capacity 2 ton

Taking down exhust fan any sweep with disconnecting the electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling the winding of Exhaust fan of 450mm Sweep for rewinding with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire including necessary heat varnishing over hauling complete reassembling and testing all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1.46 above but 300 mm Sweep

Fixing only exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan.

Dismantiling the winding of Pedestal fan of 450mm Sweep for rewinding with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire including necessary heat varnishing over hauling with replacement of ball bearing complete reassembling, testing and refixing all as specified and as directed.
