Removing of unserviceable old plywood from charpoy tightening of loose components of (i.e. complete charpoy) and S&F plywood of required size 12mm thick BWR grade ISI marked confirming to IS: 303 with mild steel galvanised iron nuts and bolts of required size and suitable length, welded over the long rails, 14 Nos of semi circular top bolt of 6 mm dia 75 mm long and nut with steel washers to be used for fixing of plywood top including drilling holes complete all as per specified in drg and directed.

Removing of unservicable long rail and S&F new long rail of GI tubing 32 mm bore medium grade (ISI marked) duly threaded both ends complete all as per specified in drg and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable short rail and making of 2 Nos short rails from old long rails obtained from item No. 1.2 above and threading the both ends of short rails and fixing in position complete all as per specified in drg and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable legs and making of 2 Nos legs from old short rails obtained from item No. 1.3 above and threading the both ends of legs and fixing in position complete all as per specified in drg and directed.

Removing of unserviceable 3 way elbow and S&F new GI elbow 32mm dia ISI Marked complete all as per specified in drg and directed.

Removing of unserviceable check nuts and S&F new 32mm dia GI Check nut (thickness of check nuts shall not be less than 8 mm) complete all as per specified in drg and directed.

Removing of unserviceable caps and S&F new 32mm dia GI caps ISI Marked welding to GI Legs complete all as per specified in drg and directed.

Removing old unserviceable flat iron from Charpoy GI pipe and S&F safe stiffener of flat iron of size 25 x 5mm, 900mm long with and including painted with two coat black colour synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer complete all as per specified in drg and directed.

Removing old unserviceable MS tube of Charpoy IP/ MAP and S&F safe stiffener of MS tube 900mm long, of size 25mmx25mm of 1.6 gauge with and including painted with two coat black colour synthetic enamel paint over red oxide prime complete all as per specified in drg and directed.

Removing of unserviceable seat and S&F Foam cushion 75mm thick, 32 density in one piece duly covered with superior quality Rexine as approved by AGE(I) shall be fixed over seat base of plywood commercial 12mm thick BWP grade confirming to relevant IS with and including flat iron 490mm long, of size 15x3mm stiffeners 2 Nos with two coat black colour synthetic enamel paint over red oxide prime complete all as per specified in drg and directed.

Description same all as per item No 2.1 above, but back seat of chair.

Removing of unserviceable hand rest and S&F new hand rest covered with superior quality Rexine with foam made of 1st class seasoned teak wood complete all as per specified in drg and directed.

Removing of unserviceable PVC caps and S&F new caps complete all as per specified in drg and directed.

Removing of unserviceable shoe and S&F new PVC/ hard rubber shoes complete all as per specified in drg and directed.
