Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading by JCB and handling of 100KVA HT LT Transformer using appropriate means of transport as Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar with 1km lead.

Extra per kilometer for lead >0 kms up to 10 kms

Dismantling of 100KVA 11/0.4kV transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T. Oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils.

Providing and fitting of finished new H.T side Aluminum wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs, etc.

Supply of Neoprene Rubberized Gasket Sheet 3mm thick

Credit value for scrap Aluminum(as per actual)

Complete assembling of 11/0.4kV transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc. Refilling of t.oil up to required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing.
