Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis for Indoor Stadium (G+SS, 3072.53 sqm) along with Gate structure (L=8.175m, B=2.780m, H=4.700m) and Guard House (5.29 sqm) of "Construction of Indoor Stadium along with Wall, Gate etc. at Chatia under Naduar LAC, Sonitpur, Assam" with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incorporating stipulated specification and adopting NBC- 2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note: Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of Civil External development works, Internal Road, Storm Water Drains, Boundary wall with gate, Horticulture works, Overhead water tank, Rainwater harvesting etc. complete in all respect, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT –Electrical External Service Connections with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, Substation equipment, Generating Set, Street Lighting with LED etc. complete in all respect, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of Furniture and Gym Equipment –Dining Table, Dining chair, Sofa-3 seater, Centre Table, Storage Rack, Single Door Almira, Wardrobe, Work Table, Bed, Commercial Motorised Trademill, Commercial Upright Bike, Table Tennis etc. complete in all respect, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect.
