RequiredPAN card and Income Tax returns for the last three years
RequiredAnnual Turnover of the firm should be more than Rs.4.7 Crore. The suppliers should produce an evidence of turnover issued by Charted Accountant in any one year of the 3 (three) financial years
RequiredThe firm should have produce an evidence of having supplied 32,400 kgs of cardamom or other spices to any institute / firm in any one year of the 3 (three) financial years. Copies of relevant invoices should be uploaded along with e-way bills
RequiredSelf declaration certificate (Annexure-H)
RequiredDeclaration agreeing to abide all the terms and conditions of tender as per Annexure-F
RequiredEntire NIT duly signed by the vendor as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions
RequiredThe Tenderer should upload EMD by way of online payment at least one working day prior to the date of e-Tender
RequiredThe entire document of NIT should be signed by the authorized representative of the firm and the same should be submitted to online
RequiredThe tenderer should submit NABL accredited and FSSAI notified laboratory report of the Cardamom sample as per format given in Annexure-I that pertains to tender specifications provided in condition No.17 and 18 of Annexure-D
RequiredCopy of valid FSSAI license (Central /State) to be submitted
