Providing and fixing Tiled False Ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanized @120 gsm/sqm. both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 24x25mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, wherever, required, cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete at all heights as per specifications drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.GI Metal Celling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595xmm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop made of G.I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimun), factory painted after bending.

Extra for additional height in centring, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc. including cost of de-shuttering and decentring at all levels,ove area to be measured) Suspended floors, roofs, landing, beams and balconies (Plan area to be measured).

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.

Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as permanufacturers specifications Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

12 mm Plaster 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 sand) over Wall

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’ specifications including appropriate priming coat,preparation of surface, etc. complete. On Steel work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual mea in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including gettin out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lea of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 Fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)
