Operational Requirements
1. Defibrillator should be Bi- Phasic, light weight and latest model
2. Should monitor vital parameters and display them
3. Should print the ECG on thermal recorders.
4. Should work on Manual and Automated external defibrillation (AED) mode.
6. Should be capable of doing synchronized &a synchronizedcardio version

Technical Specifications
Should be a Low Energy Biphasic defibrillator monitor with Recorder, having
1. capability to arrest all arrhythmia within a maximum energy of 360 Joules
Energy settings: Should be capable of delivering energy in increments of 1-2
2. joules up to 30J and increments of maximum 50J thereafter.
3. Charge control: Automatic if shock is recommended based on heart rhythm
Should have range of 1-360 joules with charging time of less than 5 seconds
4. for maximum energy.
5. Should have device status indicator for readiness of use
6. Should have facility of manual defibrillation upgradable to external pacing
Should have at least 6 inch high resolution colour monitor for ECG(3 to

The unit shall be capable of being stored continuously in ambient
