Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position, above or below ground floors, not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing treatment of any description such as PCC padding, lime concrete, mud phuska etc. and any numbers of layers upto any thickness from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops,padding, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square meter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of above aspects is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (vi) One coat of aluminium reflective paint should be applied on APP after sealing the joints of APP.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor 25 mm thick finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 and non-modular size as per IS 12894: 2002, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling (curved on plan to a mean radius exceeding 6 metre) of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling of lime or sand stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints with maximum depression of face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40 mm, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of walls and floor of sunken portions including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with an overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold applied bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as directed. Note: (i) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicators only. (ii) HDPE spout pipe 32mm bore of required length shall be provided and rates for same shall be included in above quoted rate.

Providing & applying evenly a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning over primed surfaced (interval between 1st & 2nd coat shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for joint free non skid matt finish ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles on vertical surfaces 350x 250x7 mm/450X350X7mm/ 300X600X7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 backing, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Kajaria (Impression)/Johnsons (Elite Plus)/ Somany (Juene Glossy).

M & L for 16-18 mm thick granite of black colour (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The quoted rates shall be inclusive of - (i) Moulding of front and side of slab including polishing. (ii) Granite shall be laid in single piece of any size with rounding of edge and a groove shall be provided beneath the projection portion of slab. (iii) Gas pipe hole should be provided in kitchen slab.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates, laid in alternate panel, finished surface even and fair including filling in position with 85/25 industrial grade bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg of hot bitumen, 1 kg of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick (in two coats of 10 mm and 5 mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns,beams,slabs,Chajjas and the like as directed ,roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes,washed with water and allowed to dry,including dusting of steel reinforcement,providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces,applying adhesive/admixyure over steel mesh and providing ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of banas sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufactures instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed with apressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine including necessary padding,steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platform/formwork etc complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces on ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old surface of ceiling, plastered or unplastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots & applying one coat of white wash etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion by roller white or tinted over and including one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Make - Berger / Nerolac / Assian or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over 1 mm thick wall care putty to match the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of suitable primer complete all as specified as mentioned in note of the item and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Steps to be followed for cement base paint :- Colour scheme of cement base paint passed by GE. (a) Curing the newly plastered surface of wall by spray gun. (b) Applying one coat of primer. (c) applying one coat of cement base paint (d) curing of surface by spray gun (e) Applying second coat of cement base paint after that curing of surface by spray gun.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls by water jet/spray gun and brooming down or steel wire brushing/steel patti scrapping downn loose treatment, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint including a coat of primer by qualified painter complete all as specified as mentioned in note of the item and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Steps to be followed for cement base paint. (a) Colour scheme of cement base paint passed by GE. (b) Complete removal of existing treatment by water jet/spray gun. (c) Filling of cracks by sika creem 888 group/doctor fixite crack filler or equivalent. (d) Curing of surface by spray gun (e) Applying one coat of primer (f) Applying one coat of cement base paint (g) Curing of surface by spray gun (h) Applying second coat of cement base paint after that curing of surface by spray gun.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hexagonal wire netting, size of aperture 25 mm, dia of galvanised steel wire 1.40 mm as per IS 3150: 1982 fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F flush door shutters, 40 mm thick, solid core of block boards construction, MR grade, commercial type with stiles, rails and lipping of timber as given in Group 2A and Group 2B of Annex B of IS 2202 (Part 1): 1999, both sides face panels of plywood as per IS 710: 2010, internally lipped complete all as specified and as directed.

The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of self expanding screws.
