Replacement of Complete Gaskets of 40MVA Transformer-I (Technical Associates) along with other associated Works at 132KV Sub Station Faridpur under E.T.D., Bareilly with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, Crane/Hydra, Centrifuging Machine with Operator, Normal & Special T&Ps etc. required for Satisfactory Completion of the Job, as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below:

Safe Carriage of 20 KL Capacity Oil Storage Tank from Designated Primary Sub Station in Bareilly (Distance Approx 70 Km) to 132KV Sub Station Faridpur including Shifting & Loading of Oil Storage Tank at Designated Primary Sub Station and Unloading & Shifting of same in Switchyard at 132KV Sub Station Faridpur.

Complete Draining of the Transformer Oil from the above 40MVA Transformer-I into Oil Tanker.

Providing & Replacement of old Gaskets from different Parts (Top Inspection window, Radiators, Pipe Lines, Conservador, Drain valve of Buchholz Relay etc.) of the above 40MVA Transformer. The Scope of Work involves Removal of old Gaskets, Cleaning of Surfaces, Providing & Fabrication of Gaskets of Appropriate Sizes out of Gaskets of Thickness 12/10/8/6 mm of Konica/Torborze/Nu-cork make and Fixing of Gaskets at Proper Place with Adhesive along with other associated Works.

Centrifuging of the Transformer Oil Filled in Oil Tanker, Un-Interrupted till the desired BDV Value of the Oil is Achieved. Filling of Centrifuged Transformer Oil into Main Tank and Radiators of the above 40MVA Transformer from the Oil Tanker, then Centrifuging & Circulation of the Transformer Oil in Transformer with the Help of Centrifuging Machine, Un-Interrupted till the Desired BDV Values of the Transformer Oil and IR Values are Achieved including Recording of all the Parameters such as Temperature, Vacuum, Insulation Resistance, BDV etc. every 2 Hours.
