Taking down old unserviceable flame proof point wiring with steel conduit including fitting & fixtures such as rotary switches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring on surface complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor including medium grade stove enamelled steel conduit of 20 mm dia including all accessories like bends, tees, nipple, junction box, sockets etc and including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor used as earth wire including making good to the disturbed surface to match with the existing for one light point complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above but with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable and including 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor used as earth wire for one flame proof socket outlet 16 Amp independent complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 06 Amp, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED light fitting 1x16/20 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED light fitting 2x16/20 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof weather proof switch socket and plug combined in LM-6,16 Amps 250 Volts (2P+E) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of flame proof weather proof switch socket and plug combined in LM-6, 32 Amps 500 Volts (3P+E) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of flameproof LED high efficiency round highbay light fitting 150 watt in PDC housing suitable for industrial application with efficacy of 110 lumen/w with IP 66 protection mounting type ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of flame proof switch knobs to Switch OFF & ON the switch suitable for exisiting sudhir flame proof switches compete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 2x2.5 sqmm + 1x 2.5 sqmm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable on surface as required including medium grade stove enamelled steel conduit of 20 mm dia with all accessories like bends, tees, nipple including making good to the disturbed surface to match with the existing including taking down old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: (02 run 2.5 Sq mm single core cable, one run of 2.5 Sq mm earth wire & One run of steel conduit will measured as one RM).

M & L for Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 4x 6.0 sqmm + 2 x 6 sqmm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable on surface as required including medium grade stove enamelled steel conduit of 32 mm dia with all accessories like bends, tees, nipple including making good to the disturbed surface to match with the existing including taking down old unservicable submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: (04 run 6 Sqmm single core cable, two run of 6 Sqmm earth wire & One run of steel conduit will measured as one RM).

Supply and fixing of new bollard 10 W including 25mm PVC conduit for passing electric cable in and out including 100mm length fastners for fixing bollard including M & L for PCC 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 30 Cm X30 Cm x45 Cm (30cm above GL & 15cm below GL) any shape or size as required including necessary formwork and excavation for LED bollard fixing and including applying exterior emulsion paint (apex) and dismantling existing and removing debris outdside MoD land exc 1.5 km and n. exc 3 km Complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of LED Bollard of make: Jaquar cat pad No. OBL GRY LBLDDSC010XW or equivalent in Philips/Havells Note : PVC conduit, Fastners, PCC work and earth work to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor of Size 4 Sqmm 3 core with cable thimble as required for bollards/LT panesl etc with necessary connections including PVC conduite 25 mm Complete all as specified and directed Note:- PVC conduit along with PVC copper cable to burried in ground at a depth of 20 cm. Cost of erath work to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of heavy duty flame proof exhaust fan RPM 1440 RPM, heavy duty of size 380mm sweep, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of heavy duty flame proof exhaust fan RPM 1440 RPM, heavy duty of size 450 mm sweep, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of flame proof SPN DB 8 way with metal door IP 54 protection including MCB SPN 32 Amps 01 No and MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp 06 Nos as per sudhir make or equivalent in Shyam switchgear/ Crompton complete on pillars with MS clamps etc including electric connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of flame proof TPN DB 4 way with metal door IP 54 protection including MCB TPN 100 Amps 01 Nos, MCB TP 32 Amps - 01 Nos and MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 8 Nos as per sudhir make or equivalent in Shyam switchgear/ Crompton complete on pillars with MS clamps etc including electric connections complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for laying of cables, erection of poles,struts, stays etc and getting out all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles,stays,struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for clean dry sand laid in trenches/ducts for bedding and cushioning to cable, including spreading and levelling as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part I complete all as speccified.

M&L for laying in trenches precast concrete cable covers Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified.

M&L for work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O as in cross arms, support, bracings, stiffeners, clamps channels fabricated from structural steel including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for boring hole under road/pavement/hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique & necessary machine and for inserting including S & F DWC HDPE of pipe 150 mm size dia. DWC HDPE to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scraping and cleaning the old paint, preparation of the surface for repainting. Painting LT 09 Metre long steel tubular pole (painting 7.5 metre length) with two coats of aluminium paint and writing pole Number and Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) of size 60 cm X 45 cm x 90 cm (75cm above GL & 15cm below GL) for coping around pole including provision of necessary form work, finishing even and smooth including applying exterior emulsion paint (apex) including Modular Junction box made of SMC/FRP of size 300x200x105 mm and connector terminal 4 pole indicating RYB Phase Colour and Neutral colour to be inbuilt and including HDPE pipe for passing LT electric cable upto 35 Sqmm in and out from junction box with suitable materials for fixing junction box inside the PCC (Copping) and dismantling existing & removing debris outdside MoD land exc 1.5 km and nexc 3 km Complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. No extra payment for any item will be given by the department. 2. SMC/FRP Junction Box, HDPE pipe, Cement Work, Scafolding, to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & laying of UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty elect cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 400 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ fixing on panels/walls/poles or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts etc including taking out of exisitng unserviceable cable of any size and description including removing/takingout damaged XLPE cable complete all as specified and directed. M & L Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in road cutting filling, foundation, fencing post , struts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main switch board, common salt, charcoal dust including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall floors etc without claiming extra cost all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: GI strip & GI pipe beyond 7.5 Metre length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately).

Dismantling existing RCC electric pole of any section emebedded in concrete masonry including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surfaces including removing debris outdside MoD land exc 1.5km and nexc 3km.

Supply and fixing in replacement FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor of Size 4.0 Sqmm 3 core for bollards etc with necessary connections including heavy duty PVC conduit 25 mm complete including making the conduit underground all as specified and directed. Note : (i) One run of PVC 4 sqmm 3 core copper cable and one run of PVC conduit 25 mm to be measured as One Running metre. (ii) PVC cable with PVC conduit to be burried in ground exc. 15 cm but not exc. 30 cm deep. (iii) Excavation and earth work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 370000.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
