Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section framed or unframed, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Framed work such as grills, gratings , Iron Chowkhats etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming toFe 290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvanlume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls,fixed vwith self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an ecofriedly colour having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness incl cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing & fixing false ceiling of Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS : 14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (Cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel section (Galvanised @120 grams, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0.30mm thick sheet spaced at 1200mm c/c and cross 'T' of size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm sheet 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 15x32 mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x22x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable wire of 4mm dia with galvanised butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200mm c/c along main 'T', bottom exposed width of 15mm of all 'T'' sections of 4mm dia GI wire shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concretebut excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and ditected.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class `B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including scaffolding including two coat of cement base paint over a coat of suitable primer complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 81500.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 16 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
