Making Stall for Little Magazine & Book Stall for 3 days

Construction of temporary structure of stalls, by Bamboo & wooden structure, covered with fireproof tarpoline at RaiganjCollege, Royganj with 320 running ft (width 8 ft and height 10 ft.-- with wooden floor of height 6 inch).Backside sides of all stalls (as well as 2 extreme side of each block), faciaare to be covered by designed flex, affixed on wooden frames and ceiling Iinside (inside) is to be covered with cloth. Front side of the stalls have to be covered properly with cloth/ tarpoline, at night, after the closure of the stalls, to protect the books kept inside.

Table (320 ruft) for Book Stall, covered with cloth (Rate should be quoted including transportation, fitting & Fixing), with sufficient temporary wooden rack for 2 book stalls (15 ft. X 5ft)

Construction of 3 sides open temporary structure for stage of length 36 ft& width 24 ft (height 4 ft above the ground and roof height 12 ft from stage surface) at Raiganj College, Raiganj, to be made with fireproof tarpoline with bamboo structure &wooden platform with backsidecovered by cloth and backdrop (designed flex) on wooden frame &ceiling to be covered with decorated cloth as well as floor with carpet . Facia and lower (front) portion of stage is to be covered with designed flex. Decorated Lamp Stand/ Lilly pot is to be supplied, on the first day for inauguration.

Construction of 4 sides open temporary structure for Pandal (40 ft X 80 ft) in front of the stage, which is to be covered with fireproof tarpoline with bamboo structure & ceiling to be covered with decorated cloth.Facia of the pandal is to be covered with designed flex.

Two stage at the classroom of Raiganj College with backdrop, masking (wherever required), Platform, Chair and carpeting of the platform and its front area. (including setup, transport and dismantling)

2 Green Rooms (behind the stage) at Raiganj College with chairs, tables etc.

Setting up of 1 (one) temporary Office and 1 (one) VIP Loungein the classroom of RaiganjCollege, with proper masking (of walls), carpetting of floor, chairs, tables and sofa (including transportation and dismantling).

Setting up of 1 (one) temporary Exhibition room in any classroom of Raiganj College with proper masking (of walls), carpeting (including transportation and dismantling).

(Rate should be quoted including transportation, fitting & fixing) at the main stage (rate should be quoted including transportation, fitting & fixing for 3 days)

Installation of 1 Public Address System, in the Enquiry stall/ Office for 3 days .

Installation of 2 sound systems with speaker boxes, Amplifiers, Microphones (with stands), Cordless Microphones for the 2 stages in the classrooms for 2 days on 6th and 7thDecember 2025

Installation of 4 coolers for the first day, ie., for inaugural day (on the open stage atRaiganjCollege)

Installation of Venue Lighting & Stage Light for 3 days

Installation of venue Lights with Metal, LED Chains, Lamp, LED Tube etc.. (Rate should be quoted including transportation, fitting & fixing)

Generator for Venue lights (sound proof) 2 nos. of 62.5 KVA for 3 days for Backup for light (Fuel cost will be provided separately on the basis of actual consumption)

Miscellaneous

a) Cleaning [at least 12 personnel ( 4 on each day), have to be arranged for cleaning the ground and college premise including exhibition room, programme venues, office room, wash rooms etc. and for spraying water at the ground from 5th Dec. to 7th Dec. 2025, several times. Brooms, water-bucket etc. have to be arranged), b) Masking and c) Framing etc..

Security Guard [ at least 12 personnel ( 4 on each day) to ensure security of the stalls as well as the Fair campus from 8 PM to 12 noon from5th Dec. to 7th Dec. 2025].
