Rectification of defective Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) layer conforming to Clause 406 of MoRTH Specifications, including remixing, re-laying and re-compaction to the specified thickness and density, at locations as specified in the Particular Specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate grading as per clause 406 of MORT&H specification and as per table-400-13 and satisfying the physical requirement as per table No-400-12 of MORT&H specification for Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) to a thickness of 75 mm (in 03 layers) including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix(Pug Mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared base and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including guarding.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate grading as per clause 406 of MORT&H specification and as per table-400-13 and satisfying the physical requirement as per table No-400-12 of MORT&H specification for Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) to a thickness of 100 mm including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix(Pug Mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared base and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including guarding.

Providing and applying prime coat as per clause 502 of MORT&H specification with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with mechanical broom and spraying primer @ 7.50 Kg per 10 Sqm. (using BPD with manual labour) all complete as per clause 502 of MORT&H Specifications

Providing and applying tack coat as per clause 503 of MORT&H specification with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 2.50 Kg/10 Sqm on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick compacted Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) layer as per clause 505 of MORT&H specification, precoated stone aggregate physical requirements/grading/mix composition requirement as per Table- 500/8/9/10 respectively of MORT&H specifications for road and Bridge Works with 4.5% asphalt VG-30 penetration Grade by weight of total mix all complete as per MORT&H data book and rolled to the required specification.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick compacted Bituminous Concrete (BC) layer as per clause 507 of MORT&H specification, precoated stone chips grading confirming to Table -500-17 and mix satisfying the physical requirement of table 500-16 of MORT&H specifications mixed with 5.4% binder asphalt VG-30 penetration Grade by weight of total mix and 2% cement by weight of mix(for filler) all complete as per MORT&H data book and rolled to the required specification.
