RequiredBidder should be a Manufacturer / Authorized Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer / Supplier of Bearings suitable for Conveyor Pulleys of Coal Handling Plant, of SKF / Schaeffler / NTN / NSK / NBC make. (Please refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and documents to be uploaded).

RequiredIf the bidder is a Manufacturer, the bidder shall furnish copy of registration certificate or any equivalent certificate to establish its credentials as manufacturer of the offered Bearings.

RequiredIf the bidder is an Authorized Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer, the bidder shall furnish a valid authorization letter / certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of SKF / Schaeffler / NTN / NSK / NBC make for the offered Bearings.

RequiredIf the bidder is a Supplier, the bidder shall furnish an authorization letter / certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the offered bearings, duly incorporating the subject tender notice details in the said authorization letter.

RequiredIn case the Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer / Supplier fails to furnish the authorization letter / certificate from the manufacturer, the bid may be considered, if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO / Government Organization / PSU, subject to submission of (Please refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and documents to be uploaded)

RequiredIn case the Manufacturer / Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer / Supplier submits the authorization letter / certificate as specified at S.Nos 4,5 and 6 above, they shall also submit copies of recently issued / executed orders or performance certificate issued within the last FY. (Please refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and documents to be uploaded)

RequiredTechnical specifications / product catalogue / brochures / datasheets pertaining to the offered Bearings, along with relevant technical particulars such as make, model, bearing number and dimensional details etc., shall be furnished.

OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped.

OptionalDeclaration that the company is not under blacklist by any Govt. Department / PSU due to any reason.
