Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of transformer of capacity 250 KVA step down out door type copper wounded vector group Dyn 11, 11/0.433 KV (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz on secondary side double wounded oil immersed naturally air cololed with external cooling tubes/radiator (delta connected as on primary and star connected with neutral on secondary side) having tapping at (+) 5%, to (-) 10% of HV in step of 2.5% as per latest IS-1180 (Part-I) 2014 changed by hand operated OFF LOAD tap changing gear, (side open bushing) the maximum temperature rise not exceeding 40 degree centigrade in oil and 45 degree contigrade in HV/LV winding when mesured by the resistance method after continuous full load run on ambient temperature of 50 degree centigrade and the transformer conforming to IS, 1180 (Part-I) 2014 and IS 2026 Pt II amended up to date, not less than 3 star rating with standard fittings and comprising of following accessories Complete all as specified and directed. Make: Voltamp Ltd/Alstom (GEC)/ABB/Scneider (a) 3 Nos porcelains HV bushing with Arching Horns on HV side suitable for 11 KV Complete with bushing rods, nuts, and washers etc (b) 01 Nos cable terminal box on LV (secondary side) consisting of 04 Nos porcelainbushing with bushing rods, nuts and washers with cable gland suitable for reception. (c) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating Breather assembly with first filling of Silica gel. (e) Explosive Vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover.

(g) Two earthing terminals on transformer body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strips. (h) One number Thermometer Dial type, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature including needles of temperature gauge maximum reading pointed terminal. (j) Rating and terminal marking plates.(k) Oil level gauge. (l) Oil drain valve.(m) Oil filling port ontop cover with plate. (n) Air release valve/plug. (o) Lifting lugs. (p) 4 Nos plain soild cast steel detachable rollers. (q) Extra bushing for neutral out side the cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (r) First filling of new transformer oil confirming to relevant IS and tested up to 60 KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm gap. (s) Losses at 50% and 100% load at 75 degree centigrade shall not exceed 1050 watt and 3150 watt as defined in IS : 1180 (Part-I) :2014, Level - 1 All routine Tests as per IS : 2026 (Part I to III) shall be carried out at factory premises and test report shall be provided. Note: The abvoe tests to be carried out in the presence of rep of Accepting officer. (t) Cooling radiators. (u) Filter valves

Note:- (a) Contrctor shall obtain prior approval of make from AGE(I) before commencement of work. (b) Manufacturer's test certificate shall be submitted. (c) Items for constructionof platform for installing the transformer shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule. (d) The rates include for supplying transformers with standard fittings and installing complete including all jointing materials, connecting with electrical system, earthing, testing and commissioning. (e) The transformer will have its initial oil filling to appropriate level (cost of oil including testing with desired dielectric strength included in quoted rates)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly inground (earth pit vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel connected to earthing test point, continous earth lead protected by using GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering funnel including necessary excavation, earth work inany type of strata, PCC pit and RCC chamber cover complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including dismantling old unserviceable earthing all as directed.

M&L of PCC plateform for outdoor transformer of suitable size including provding 50cm working space all around the transformer with a height of 1.5mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge consisting the following:- (a) Plateform of size 2.5M x 2.5M x 1.5M and 1 Mtr working space around the plateform and to be filled with 40 mm gravels. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
