M&L for Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1.0 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etcincluding cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 5Kg/10Sqm , putting in premix as specified for thin bituminious carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed & sealed with premixed sand seal coat ( 6.8Kg of binder & with 0.06 Cum of sand) again well rammed depth of pot holes n.exc 30mm (including supply of premix binder & sand) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminious macadam surface in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and deep exceeding 50mm or n. exceeding 100mm , removing the unserviceable materials/debris n.exc 50m and dispose off complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 7.5cm thick ( Compacted thickness) WBM with sand stone coarse aggregates of grading 2 ( 63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Ditto- all as per item No 3 but Except materials complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing scarified road surfaces and/or unsurfaced WBM top surface of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny gags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic bitumen emulsion (RS- 1) confirming to IS 8887 at the rate of application of 0.2 to 0.3 Kg per Sqm as spd in Table 500 - 5 of Morth for road and bridge works 2013 using mechanical sprayer after cleaning the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for laying premix bituminous, macadam with paving bitumen VG 40 ( viscosity grade) @ binder content of 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny gags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic bitumen emulsion (RS- 1) confirming to IS 8887 at the rate of application of 0.2 to 0.3 Kg per Sqm as spd in Table 500 - 5 of Morth for road and bridge works 2013 using mechanical sprayer after cleaning the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen VG-40 ( viscosity grade) of any penetration laid/spread uniformly by means of mechanical pavers over primed WBM surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete 10 to 12 ton power roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair for cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L thermo plastic center or edge line, marking (reflective type ) of 2.5 mm thickness of uniform finishing with machine conforming to BS 3262 (Part-I) 1989 read with most specification of 803 clause 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 on bituminious surface in white / yellow/ red colour and super imposed with glass slam beats conforming to BS 6088 and most specification 803 clause 4.3.3 including cleaning of surface by removing all dust dirt oil grease etc including removing of existing marking with spirit / kerosene / gas burner or mechanically on bituminious surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair of solar stud( Cat eye) aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F of metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors , aprons etc laid dry complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in Hard/dence soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone agg)as in sub base before laying flooring finish or hard standing complete all as spd and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for factory made kerb stone of size 300 x 150 x 450mm , M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. complete all as specified.( rate for the necessary form work included in the same item ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly concrete wall surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint plaster coat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as Edge stops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under inter locking tile as sand cushion etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for factory made PU coated, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver or cobel block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with no pigment made of PVC moulded (or rubber mould) with vibrating system, with and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The cost of sand cushion is not included in quoted rate and shall be seperate item.

Demolition of RCC not exc 15cm thickness of Sign board (other than ground floors) and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in post hole (similar hole) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel hold fast ,clamp,hook & stay and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, Filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates and sheets etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing or sign board with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size or embedded on PCC foundation with holdfast on floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- MS hold fast and PCC foundation etc shall be not included in the said item and measured seperately

M&L for providing and fixing 2mm Aluminium sheet of one face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated 3 M retro reflective sheet confirming to Type IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue, green and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message(bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc as per IRC:67:2001 pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure confirming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01.Back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coat of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc complete as per drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Letters shall be not included in the said item and measured seperately

M& L for 0.5 to 1 cm thick letters or figures cut by computrized cutting out of high intensity encapsulated type heat activated 3 M retro reflective sheet confirming to Type IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in silver white or other colour combination n exc. 30 cm high (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) on sign board complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick moorum/red bajri brought from out side MD land, filling in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread watered , rolled and consolidating formation surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to existing camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
