M&L for removal of tiles and all loose gravels, dirt, oil, grease and foregin matter to make open stone masonry expose for repair before application of water proofing treatment. Ensure that the moisture content in the prepared surface does not exceed 5% and dumping of material deposited at designated site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Repairing/treatment of all cracks, joints and honey combs with polymer modified fiber reinforced morter as per methodology specified by the manufacturer. Average depth of honey comb repairing minimum 20-25mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge. Make:- Fosroc/BASF/STP or equivalent

M&L for Plastering over Stone Masonary : Plastering - vertical/horizontal wall of 20mm thick over concrete masonary with cement and sand ratio 1:4 to provide levelled surface with integral water proofing liquid additive for concrete, mortar and plasters in the ratio of 200ML / 50Kg of cement. Ensure that the surface should be levelled. Work should be process with guideline as per methodology complete all as spd and diredted by Engr-in-charge. Make:- Fosroc/BASF/STP or equivalent. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for Cementitious Coating - Floor (Horizontal/Vertical Area) : Prime the area with slurry by mixing one part of acrylic polymer with two parts of neat cement i.e. in the ratio 0.5 Kg acrylic polymers and 1 Kg cement. Apply two component cementitious elastomeric polymers base water proof coating on clean and dampen surface with stiff fibre brush. Apply first coat @ 1.25 Kg per Sqmt per coat in one direction. Apply second coat when the first coat is touch dry @ 1.25 Kg per Sqm per coat in perpendicular direction to first coat direction. Allow to dry for 24 hr before moist curing. Do not apply water through a hose or pressurized nozzle. Protection screed 25mm thick M-15 Grade screed adding of integral water proofing liquid 200ML per 50 Kg of cement PCC to protect the treated surface on all horizontal surface. Work should be process with guideline methodology complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Fosroc/BASF/STP or equivalent

M & L for Epoxy Coating (Approved by CFTRI) PRIMER : Apply two component penetrative epoxy based primer @ 160 gms per Sqmt on cured surface. Note the moisture should not be more than 5%. EPOXY COATING : Apply food grade epoxy coating tested by CFTRI) @ 500 Gms per Sqmt in two coats. Apply two coats at right angles to each other. This way the second coat will cover any blemishes of the first coat. Allow first coat to become tack free before the second coat is applied. Work should be process with guideline as per methodology complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Fosroc/BASF/STP or equivalent

M & L for PU top Coating (Approved by CFTRI) PRIMER : Apply two component penetrative epoxy based primer @ 160 gms per Sqmt on cured surface. Note the moisture should not be more than 5%. PU COATING : Apply two component, liquid aliphatic polyurethane based UV and weather resistant coating approved by CFTRI) @ 300 Gms per Sqmt in two coats. Apply two coats at right angles to each other. This way the second coat will cover any blemishes of the first coat. Allow first coat to become tack free before the second coat is applied. Work should be process with guideline as per methodology complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Fosroc/BASF/STP or equivalent
