Supply and fixing in replacement of power contactor of 415 volts 50Hz, 50 Amp capacity with 230 volts operated coil on existing panel of highmast control panel complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of automatic street light switch for 3 phase 415 Volt, load of 8 KW using infrared sensor technology based nature switch & voltage Monitoring system (VMS) for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on natural light Lux* level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 60 Lux and for switching off > 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs to max 12 hrs. The sensor along with suitable 3 Nos power contractors rating 25-32 Amp each and 03 Nos incoming MCB's & 3 Nos outgoing MCB's of 20-32 Amp each & circuit wiring (Copper) of min 10 Sqmm with lugs and auto manual option (i.e. Sensor by Pass option) should be enclosed in a pole /wall mountable enclosure made of Rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and RF grade SMC junction box confirming to IP 66 complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated 5 core 4.0 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable for connecting from highmast control panel to light fittings by inserting the cable through highmast pole inside complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED driver suitable for flood lights fitted on high mast lights of 150 Watt capacity complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of surge protctor for flood lights fixed on highmast light pole of 150 Watt complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of medium class tubular galvanized pole 6 mtr long of X-section/dia 75 mm with 16 mm thick MS base plate of size 250mmx250mmx with 4 Nos 25 mm hole and foundation bolt of 20mmx750mm long complete with excavation earth work including PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of size 300x300x900mm and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stote aggregate for coping of size 300x300x450mm complete all as specified.
