The repair work comprises of the following :- Motor :- Dismantling carefully, centrifugal , vertical submersible electric motor three phase , 415 volts, of any make and model from site of installation, transporting the same to workshop , removing all brunt / worn out coil, clearing of stator slots , insertion of insulating paper in the slots of appropriate size and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire ISI marked with existing size , applying two coat of insulating varnish, ovening including all winding materials, transporting back the same and reinstallation of motor at site complete and re-assembling it after testing. Submersible Pump:- Dismantling the submersible pump, checking for repair, replacement of bushes, cleaning impellor, lathe work as per requirement and re-fixing the same at its original position complete to the entire satisfaction of Eingr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Star delta starter operating on 3 phase 415 volts suitable for 25 HP Moter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Submersible cable 3 core 16 sqmm, PVC insulated seathed, multi stranded copper conductor, flat suitable for bore well complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of internal size 650x650x650mm with old size sub class 'B' bricks in cement mortar (1:6) with 3mm thick MS sheet cover and angle iron 40x40x6mm frame with locking arrangement duly painted with one coat of bitumen paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling and removing of surplus soil, cement concrete work in PCC (1:2:4) type B1, plastering in cement mortar (1:4) including 2 coats of snowcem complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
