M&L Glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles of approved colour of size 350x 250x 7/ 450x300x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting,dado/wall,etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick granite tiles (of any size) machine cut, jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone duly grinding and polishing laid over and including 15mm thick CM (1:4) screed bed as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding of / moulding to edges (half round) of stone of any description including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish),complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection, removing clear off site after credit for the same is recovered by the dept., bore of pipe 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CPVC pipes, SDR 11, 16 mm outer dia of pressure rating 6kgf/sqcm conforming to IS-15778 with all CPVC fittings with such as brass elbow ,Tee, bends, unions ,sockets , male and femaleThreaded Adoptor and end pieces etc to receive fittings and fixed with solvents fixed to walls / ceiling with all clamps in Shafts/ducts with all necessary scaffolding to fix the pipes and testing the joints under prescribed pressure etc complete all as specified and as directed.
