Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance exc 500 mts and depositing where directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description not other wise specified and provided etc and removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.and stacking at site complete all as directed,

Dismantling of AC Corrugated or semi corrugated sheet etc any thickness including ridges as in roof covering and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling inluding cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified.

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with factory made solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate as in cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded, chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes into or through cement concrete floors, slabs, chajjas, etc. reinforced superficial area exceeding 100 sqcm but not exceeding 250 sqcm complete.

Cutting holes into or through brick / stone walls built, in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar or cement mortar superficial area not exceeding 150 sqcm including making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required complete all as directed..

M&L for framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, had-made sliding bolts, etc conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. as in steel gate shutters complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete.

S&F stainless steel wheel double bearing of 100mm dia and weight not less than 2 kg complete all as directed.

S&F derlin support roller of 50mm dia and weight not less then 0.50 kg complete all as directed.

S&F 10mm thick PVC foam board, fixed with screws as in gate shutters complete all as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab of minimum size 550 x 550mm, 18-20 mm thick, as in floor laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & mirror, polishing complete all as directed.

All same as per item No. 19 here - in - above but as in dado & skirting with 10 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar screed - do - (Note for item No 26 & 27: i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed.)

M&L M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006, laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete complete all as specified.(Note ; Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushoning).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone or block masonry surface or other than fair faces brick work, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a 0.5 mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No. in and including PVC rigid non metalic conduit /casing and caping with all fittings such as internal bend, end caps etc fixed on the surface of wall, ceiling, roof, steel structure etc. by means of suitable fixing accessories, with GI pressed steel / PVC box suitable for modular switches sunken boxes (with earth dolly) covered with logic modular PVC sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets etc including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for the following:- NOTE: - Switch and socket to be measured and paid for separately. (a) One light point controlled by one 5/6 amps one way switch.

S&F in repairs switch modular type single pole one way 6 Amp with all accessories complete all as directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 6755 01 or equivalent in Philips / Crabtree / ABB / Havells
