Gravity Main & Distribution System:- Supply and cartage, laying and jointing of following sizes of GI pipe (med) with specials, fittings, lowering into trenches, laid to true alignment & gradient including supply of all material and labour T&P etc. complete. Medium Duty (class 'B')

Excavation for pipe line trenches in following strata requiring the use of special T&P such as pick axes sabbals etc. or by blasting or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 60 m including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Supply and fixing of following sizes of wheel /gate valves as per latest BIS code (Class I) as per IS 788/1971 of following sizes including all T&P material for completion of work for following sizes.

Clearing jungle including cutting of bushes and vegetations and grass etc. for making approach up to proposed intake and also for making pathway.

Construction of RCC cross wall 1.0m high at gadhera tapping point as per type design for protection of intake from flood storm.

Supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. and construction of Uttaranchal Well Intake as per type design and drawing complete in all respect.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift up to 1.5 mtr including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kind of soil.

Construction of R.C.C. semi sunk CWRs of 17.50 KL capacity excluding earth work in cutting for site development, also including supply of necessary scaffolding, shuttering and other accessories along with fixing of inlet and outlet pipes & M.S. Manhole, supply and fixing of M.S. Steel Ladder outside and inside the tank and FRP lined bucket type chlorinator on top of the CWR as per approved design of R.C.C. tank in latest IS codes including acrylic painting (apex or equivalent) and also connection with the existing network along with carting of all materials including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Construction stone masonry valve chambers of size 60x60x60 cm, inside in 1:6 cement & sand mortar with MS MH cover on top the chamber with proper locking arrangement.

Supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. and construction of Pillar Type Stand Posts as per type design.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 using cement, coarse sand & 40 mm gauge stone ballast including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in walls & pillars in protection work including all T&P, material's etc. for completion of work.

Random rubble dry masonry in walls in protection work including all T&P, material's etc. for completion of work.

20mm thick PC plaster in proportion of 1:4 with cement and sand over stone masonry, including racking of joints up to a depth of 1.27cm including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Dismantling of following dia screwed and socketed GI pipes, specials and fittings including taking out pipes & specials from trenches and stacking them properly within 50m but excluding the cost of earth work.

Medium Duty (class 'B') 20 mm

Laying & jointing of old dismantled GI screwed pipes, carting up to site of work, laying & jointing of GI screwed pipes (including supply of all jointing materials like specials, white lead, hemp and oil etc but excluding supply of pipes) in trenches with its cutting, threading and testing of pipe line etc complete.
