RequiredThe bidder shall have PAN Card and GST registration

RequiredThe Bidder shall pay the EMD for an amount of Rs. 64,959/- /Incase of exemption submission of valid document as applicable like NSIC/PEMD/MSME/SC/ST/Societies or individual firms.

RequiredThe bidders having private vehicles which are registered as Bus in Telangana State only and should have seating capacity as 40 or above mentioned in RC and the vehicle registered in the name of the bidder/travel agency shall only be eligible to participate in the tender. The vehicle so offered should not be older than 10 Years from the date of publishing of the tender with full working condition

RequiredThe bidder shall have valid documents like permit, fitness certificate, Insurance certificate, Tax receipt, pollution control certificate, Driving license of the drivers proposed to be engaged etc., and any other valid documents as per M.V. Act.

RequiredThe Bidder shall have valid EPF, ESI and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.

OptionalThe Bidder shall upload signed bidding document duly filling all the details/particulars including Annexure ? I, II, IV & V in the format given in tender document

Requiredi) The bidder should provide the vehicle for inspection within 36 hours from the bid opening time, otherwise their bid will not be considered. ii) Based on the Technical bid documents & certificate of the Officer in-Charge, the bid will be considered for further processing.

OptionalThe bidder shall have previous experience in carrying out the same/similar work. (Copies of Purchase orders /Agreements issued for execution of similar works in any Power Generating Stations or any other Government / Semi-Government / Private/ Public Sector Undertaking, Organizations or other reputed private utilities shall be uploaded.)
