Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in plinth protection, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Non-skid, coloured, ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Per Square Metre but not exceeding 0.18 Per Square Metre, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Glazed ceramic coloored tiles in vertical surface/ dado, size 300x200x6/7mm, 300x450x6/7mm, 350x250x6/7mm, or 450x350x6/7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, the shade/ colour of tiles including rendering of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as backing of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/Rm including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/Rm including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Ko.) suitable handle (1 No.), complete all as specified and as directed.

Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Prelaminated particle board, 12mm thick, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations, fixed with screws to timber frame work, complete all as specified and as directed.
