Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking outjoints,cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

12 mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level: 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes confirming to IS:15801, UV stabilized & anti - microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP - R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings including trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work. PN-16 Pipe, 20 mm OD (SDR-7.4)

Providing and fixing precast terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 12 mm, fixed in walls, on 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In light shade using white cement

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] Two or more coats:

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on new work( two or more coats applied @1.67litre/10 sqm ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10sqm complete. Finishing with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]
