M & L for taking down the ceiling fan / Exhaust fan/cabin/wall fan/table fan/pedestal fan of any size from various building/locations and opening the same for servicing by cleaning each part with air blower/vacuum cleaner and cloths including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, screws, washers, split pin rubber pad and oiling greasing and refixing testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Rewiding of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall fan/cabin/table fan/pedestal fan of any make with super enameled copper wire of suitable existing size gauge, insulating, varnishing, heating and reassembling and refixing in buildings locations where ordered all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge incl testing on completion of the following type of fans.

Material and labour for fixing 4mm dia GI wire on electric pole/ connected to distribution board all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS

Dehydration of transformer oil using on line filteration plant to eliminate foreign particles and to improve dielectric strength upto 60 KV at 4mm electrode gap and to bring acidity withing permissible limits all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Dehydration machine to be provided at site for progessing of work.

Supply and filling new transformer oil brought in sealed barrel having strength of 60 KV at 4 mm gap all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Power oil or equivalent.

Disconnecting transformer , opening the top cover, draining out transformer oil to clean barrel for reuse and carrying out the following works for undermentioned capacity of transformers :- (a) Dismantling of all attachment viz breather assy, conservator, oil temperature gauge, HT/LT bushing etc and keeping aside for re-use / replacement. (b) Cleaning of complete transformer tank oil fins, removing of sludge’s and making the inside surface of tank dry by blowing of hot air as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Replacement of unserviceale/defective parts of transformer (Except rewinding) all as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch’A’ here-in-after.

For 63 to 100 KVA Transformer

For 200KVA Transformer

Disconnection of both HT and LT connection from cable end box, taking down the disconnected transformer(Outdoor type) from platform,and transportation of unserviceable transformer complete unit to workshop including loading/unloading of capacity 200KVA 11/0.433 KV.

(a) Disconnecting and taking down faulty / defective copper wound transformer , opening the top cover, draining out unserviceable insulation oil and carrying out the following work :- (b) Rewinding of HT / LT leg coil complete using copper wire of appropriate gauge, size and turn as existing with double paper coated insulation including all requisite insulating materials like packing sleeves, separator, tapes etc. as specified and existing, heating, varnishing the core and winding assembly after framing up top and bottom steel structure of transformer all as specified and directed. ( HT / LT Leg coils copper wound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch ‘A’ here-in-after). (c) Replacement of all insulating materials other than incorporated for rewinding of LT/HT coils as existing . (d) Fixing of HT porcelain bushing with studs, nuts, washers 3 Nos and LT porcelain bushing with studs, nuts and washers 4 Nos and connection with primary and secondary winding main terminals all as directed and specified. ( HT/LT bush with stud, nuts, washers shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch’A’ here-in-after) (e) Fixing only existing serviceable accessories as obtained from Ser No 3(a) after proper cleaning, minor repair etc all as required and directed (f) Replacement of all gasket materials in top cover, HT, LT bushing using rubberized gasket sheet 4.0/6.0 mm thick duly pasted with gasket cement. (g) Replacement of unserviceable bolts, fixing of existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different size and tightening properly. (h) Repositioning of core and winding assembly inside the tank, assembling the complete unit and filling of transformer oil and subsequent testing complete all as directed. (j) Shifting the transformer to its original side including reconnection of HT/LT cables and including subsequent testing complete all as directed.

All as described in Sch ‘A’ item No. 212 here-in-before but of capacity 63 KVA 11/0.433 KV but using copper winding wire/strips of appropriate gauge/size for rewinding. (HT/LT Leg coils (copper wound) shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch ‘A’ here-in-after).

Supply of HT Porcelain Bushing with Brass stud, nuts and washers for transformer cap 63KVA 11/0.433 KV for incorporation against Sch’A’ item No 3&4 here-in-before.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts, bolts, washers and incl welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes, for bolts any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

Dismantling of oil sump and decanning old engine oil from DG set upto 7.5 kVA to 10 kVA capacity and cleaning the oil sump chamber by removing settled particals, sludge etc for pressure vacume including rectify the leakage by welding including refixing the same by replacement new nuts, bolts clamps all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Taking out defective submersible openwell pump set of capacity 7.5HP from open well/UG sump for repair by lifting GI tubing of size 65 mm from up to 40feet to 10 to 15feet depth after disconnecting electrical and pipe line connection, complete by means of chain pully block or other T & P, transporting to workshop including repair/replacement of worn out parts, servicing and overhauling complete with oilling/greasing, lubricating the parts and reassembling and painting of submersible pumpset with motor with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after clearing and scrubbling and shifting back to openwell/ UG Sump, lowering commissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) The rate quoted for this item shall includes labour charge only for maint repair and replacement of defective / UNSV spares / accessories. Spares are to measured and paid separately under subsequent items. (ii) Cost of other minor items/spares such as nut, bolts washers, gaskets, paints etc which are not covered under Sch 'A' but required for effective functioning of the plant shall be deemed to included in this item.

Desilting of open /shallow well dia of 25 feet and 25 feet depth at Rambilli premises by bailling out of water from the well through pump set, removing the silt (mud/sand etc) from the floor of the wells and deposting not exceeding 50 metre, cleaning the inside vertical surface of the wells with wire brushes including removing the large growth and removing the large floating of suldge on the water completely including one coat of wash of inner surfaces all as specified and directed.
