Required002-Upload scan copy of Earnest Money Deposit Rs.56,44,000/- in the form of FDR / BG (FDR must not be less than 165 Days validity) from Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank in favour of Executive Engineer, Navrangpura (R and B) Division, Ahmedabad, payable at Ahmedabad OR Exemption Certificate issued by R and B Deptt./W.R.D. is valid. (FDR/BG for EMD must be purchased from the account of Bidder)

Required003-Upload Scan copy of Registration certificate of approved contractor in AA-Class with Special Category-1 (Building) category from R and B Department / Irrigation Dept. (Certificate renewal receipt will not be accepted)

Required004-Upload Scan copy valid Bank Credit Certificate (upto25 percent of estimated cost put to tender i.e.Rs.1410.90 Lacs) The Applicant should scan a Bank Certificate of Credit Facility 25 percent of value of Contract (Refer. Page No.32 of SBD)

Required005-Upload Scan copy of PAN Card (Permanent Account Number) issued by Income Tax Department.

Required006-Upload Scan copy of GST Registration Certificate.
